Koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta, helt nyrenoverade boende i Klagshamn. Gästhuset ligger intill vårt hus och nära naturområden. Busstation finns vid gatan där buss nr 6 tar dig till Hyllie där ni sedan har många valmöjligheter såsom Emporia shoppingcenter, tågstation som kan ta er till Köpenhamn eller centrala Malmö med mera. Med bil tar det ca 30 min till Köpenhamn och 25 min till Falsterbonäset. Boendet lämpar sig bäst för 3 vuxna eller 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Vi ser fram emot att vara din värd!

Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Cozy small house, with a bedroom with two beds, living room with bed sofa, chair and a dinner table. Outside area with bbq and seating group for nice summer dinners outside. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis van Camilla. Alles was super schoon en opgeruimd. De bedden waren opgemaakt en er was plaats gemaakt in de kasten om onze spullen neer te leggen. Het contact verliep heel fijn, Camilla heeft ons nog tips gegeven over restaurants, mooie wandelgebieden en leuke stadjes. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Boendet ligger i ett lugnt och fint område, en bit från centrum – men om man har bil är det inget problem. Rummet var superfräscht och hade allt man kunde behöva – både bekvämligheter och saker för vardagen. Erika och Norbert var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma. Tyvärr hade vi fullt upp och hann inte tacka dem personligen. Kan verkligen rekommendera det här stället – det passar perfekt för en familjeresa!

Vackert hus i Klagshamn

We looked for a place to rest from a long trip for just 2 days and for that purpose it was perfect. The Check In was very smooth and easy via code. There is even a bus station in front of the house that is taking you to Malmö Center in 20min, you can get to Copenhagen if you take the train afterwards and be there in 1 hour total. The house was very clean. The downstairs heating didn't work I think, but it wasn't a big issue for us. The only downside we experienced was that the linens were listed in the amenities, but we had to pay an additional 20$ each person for a set of linen and 2 pieces of towel. Other than that we had a very good short stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family with kids. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved the pool, garden slide and the near by playground. The location was great too, just few minutes drive to a grocery store and 15 minutes drive to the Emporia shopping center. Also, Ebru was very helpful and responsive. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Strandhems cottage vid Öresund, 100m till havet.

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern (8-12 Jahre) einen tollen Urlaub bei Pontus und Git verbracht. Die beiden sind nett und unkompliziert, das Haus ist toll, und auch die Sportplätze haben wir viel genutzt. Wir waren fast täglich baden und sind mit dem SUP in der Bucht rumgefahren. Mit den Rädern waren wir viel in und um Malmö unterwegs. Die Lage ist super, die Schweden insgesamt sehr entspannt. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub und sich evtl. auch sportlich betätigen möchte ist hier richtig. Wir waren zudem in Lund, Skanör und in einem Wikingerdorf - und natürlich bei Regen auch mal Shoppen. Dabei waren wir nie länger als eine halbe Stunde unterwegs. Der einzige Punkt ist, dass wir für uns fünf bzw unsere Klamotten etwas wenig Stauraum hatten, damit konnten wir uns aber gut arrangieren.
