The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. There is one double bed and a couch that can also be used as a sofabed. Close to the flat you find everything you need, stores and a bus stop are only 100 meters away.
