Great place with great location! Clean & comfortable.

The accommodation is spacious and you can cook (but the fire is not strong😁). Everyone likes it. But the path to the beach may not be very convenient, but it is possible. The beach is muddy, and it may rain. Overall, it is suitable for large families to gather and socialize, not focusing on the sea view.

this house was a perfect getaway for us ,brilliant for family time together the hosts are amazing really responsive overall a super experience, the only thing I would say to anyone coming to stay here (and this has nothing to do with the house or hosts) is the beach is not good it's very dirty and not good for anything other than collecting shellfish to eat,if you have transport then there is a beach not far which is wonderful

Pupae is a very friendly host and the place is perfect for a getaway to the coast.

The best place to stay in Pattaya in my opinion. The roof top swimming pool is just awesome. Chaiyadid is a friendly and resposive host. Had 0 issues at the property! Highly recommend!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

The building is the best place to stay in Pattaya. I am telling you, it will never be a wrong of decision of choosing this apartment. This is from a person who mostly stays in 5 star hotel in every country i am visiting. Too much affordable but never been compromised. Will stay and will always be staying this place everytime i visit this country.

House location is perfect for family. Save with good security guard, private, quite yet near to amenities and the beach. The pool is clean and very chill to hang outside beside the pool. I would definitely stay again.

This is a small and clean apartment. It is located on the first line of the sea and has a very nice pool. Everything you need is close by.

The condo is located on the top 35-th floor and it has absolutely incredible seaview! It's very clean and cozy inside. Also onsen and sauna are very great addition to the swimming pool. The host helped to solve all small problems very quickly. Neighborhood is quiet, but not boring – it has all what you need: beaches, restaurants and cafes, bars, 7-11, money exchange, and all of them are within walking distance. Definitely recommended 👍

This was a great stay right in the heart of Bangkok. It’s located on Sukhumvit Rd so it’s a walking distance to malls, restaurants and nightlife. The pictures accurately represented the room and German was quick and very responsive with his communication. I absolutely wouldn’t mind staying here again the next time I’m in Bangkok.
