Fabulous charming chalet in the hart of Kaprun, everything reachable on foot! Lovely host Andy who took care of everything and every requests. Chalet well equipped for 4/5 adults, great kitchen and equipment, stayed during Xmas week for skiing, top location .

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön! Tolle Lage und tolles Chalet. Alles war wirklich super. Einziger Punkt, der uns etwas irritiert hat, waren die Check in und Out Zeiten. Check in ist erst ab 16 Uhr.. wobei wir eh aufgrund der Arbeit erst später anreisen konnten, jedoch 10 Uhr auszuchecken, ist recht sportlich.. Hatten dies, nicht so richtig auf dem Schirm und haben verschlafen, daraufhin habe ich den Gastgeber kontaktiert und erklärt, dass wir verschlafen haben und erst gegen 10:30 auschecken würden. 10:25 klopft ein Mann an und ohne weitere Worte geht er ins Chalet um den Hot Tub zu reinigen. Kein Hallo oder Tschüss. Natürlich müsste man beim buchen auf die Zeiten selber achten, dies ist bei uns untergegangen. Trotzdem war alles andere super und ich kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen !

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

This apartment is as pictured. Very clean and inviting. You do have to park about a short block from the apartment and if you want to use the laundry, you have to pay for it, but the location is great. It is close to Salzburg without the city crowds. The views are amazing and there is shopping close if you want to cook. The 1.5 baths are nice and the pool is great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean apartment outside of the city limits of Salzburg.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Le gite tenu par Maikel et Britt est magnifique et très bien situé dans un cadre de moyennes montagne (1350 m) situé au pied du Hochkönig dans un cadre bucolique et reposant. Maikel et Britt sont très accueillants et conviviaux, toujours présents pour de bons conseils. le gite est très propre, spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec gout. Le sauna est fort utile après une bonne ballade. Le village de Mühlbarch am Hochkönig est situé en contre bas à 5 km dans une petite vallée au centre de nombreuses randonnées et aussi une station de ski familiale. Nous recommandons.

A beautiful, large, comfortable, quiet well-stocked and relaxing space in a gorgeous setting, exactly like in the photos. Christine is an experienced, kind-hearted and warm host who greeted us warmly and took a lot of time to introduce us to the area. She even and drove us around to point out sights, restaurants and parking. We could easily take a 30 min bus right into Salzburg one day and also drive to a choice of beautiful lakes, in addition to many nearby sights and hikes.

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Als Gruppenreise wirklich perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und enthält alles was benötigt wird! Besonders toll fanden wir das warme Fass!

Wir hatten schöne erholsame Tage bei Hanspeter auf dem Bauernhof. Alles bestens. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen plus Hund in dem Apartment. Es hat uns rundum gut gefallen und die Wohnung und die gegen sind beeindruckend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber und Küche extrem gut ausgestattet. Für den Hund gab es sogar Näpfe. Auch die Kommunikation mit Cord war super, haben einige Tipps bekommen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Es war ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Haben guten Tipps bekommen für die Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Im Flur sind auch viele Infoprospekte ausgelegt. Die Wohnung ist sauber trotz alter Gemäuer von 1442. Gut ausgeschilderte Wander- und Fahrradwege, die man direkt von der Haustür starten kann. Schöne Aussicht aus dem toll angelegtem Vorgarten mit Sitzgelegenheit. Sollten wir nochmal in der Gegend sein, würden wir die Gelegenheit nutzen diese Wohnung zu buchen.

We stayed here for around 2 months over the winter season, using the apartment as a base to travel around Austria. The apartment is perfect for a couple, with plenty of space for 2 and a well finished kitchen. The apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photos, which is an added bonus. The apartment has a beautiful view over the valley, and is close to a bus stop which can take you all the way down the valley from Hopfgarten to Kitzbühel, or back to Wörgl station, which is very well connected, letting you travel throughout the Tirol region easily. Birgit was very friendly and helpful, always willing to be flexible with us, and made us feel right at home! She helped us sort out any issues we had and helped us to settle in the local area. We would definitely come back!

Die ganze Familie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Bei der Ankunft hat uns in Apartment frisches Kuchen / Obst / Kaffe gewartet- finde sehr freundlich von Gastgeber! Wir könnten auch früher nach Rücksprache einchecken das war hervorragend. Jeder Zeit war d. Elif erreichbar. Es ist wirklich empfehlenswert, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.

Wir waren im Januar 2025 in Maria Alm, um Ski zu fahren. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am nördlichen Rand vom Stadtzentrum Maria Alm. Oliver war ein freundlicher Gastgeber, die Wohnung war tipptopp in Ordnung, sauber, geräumig und sehr schön, vor allem mit den nötigsten Dingen, eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Oliver hatte gute Tipps für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Zur Natrunbahn sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. An der Talstation ist ein super modernes Skidepot und man muss die Ski nicht immer hin und her tragen. Alles in allem hervorragend. Danke. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

J'ai passé une semaine magnifique ! Theresia et sa famille ont été très accueillants, gentils, de bons conseils. J'ai pu consommer leur lait, frais du jour. La maison est typique de la région, très jolie, très propre, très bien fournie. Elle est dans un endroit absolument fantastique, très calme avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. La météo était de mon côté et on se serait cru en été. La région est absolument fabuleuse, des lacs, des cascades, des montagnes, de terribles dénivelés ! Mon chien a été accueilli partout où je suis passée, restaurant, téléphériques, magasins (sauf alimentation). Il a été bien sûr accepté par Thérésia. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci Theresia pour cette semaine que je n'oublierai pas de sitôt.

Uns hat die Auszeit in Manfreds Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Wer ein paar etwas ursprünglichere Tage verbringen möchte, die nicht weniger erholsam sind, ist hier richtig. Selbst das Reisebett für unser Kleinkind hat in das Schlafzimmer gepasst. Manfred hat die Hütte so modifiziert, dass sie den nach Möglichkeit größtmöglichen "Komfort" bietet, der dort möglich ist. Wir möchten wieder kommen:).

Martin has thought of everything & is on-site most of the time. Our apartment was immaculate & spacious - perfect for our family ski holiday of 7 adults. 3bathrooms & 3bedrooms - one was made up with a spare bed for single traveller. So convenient for shops, restaurants & Penken gondola. Table converting to pool table got a workout most nights, as did the Wii! Fabulous main bathroom with huge bathtub, shower & sauna. Well stocked kitchen with pod machine & coffee maker - we cooked almost every night & morning. Kept our drinks on the deck - same temperature as the fridge!!! Apartment is remarkably peaceful & quiet day & night. Laundry downstairs only has one washing machine & one dryer but I used it during the day with no waiting. Not ski-in, ski-out but there is a ski/drying room downstairs, then a lift to each floor. Highly recommend Martin's 'Apart Central' ... & he's a lovely guy to boot!!! Makes a fabulous gin/schnapps on-site too!! Thank you Martin, we'll be back!!

Le logement est mignon, très agréable, bien équipé avec en sus de quoi occuper par journées pluvieuses (livres, jeux de sociétés...) sans compter les activités disponibles annexes (piscine, sauna, solarium, fitness, salle de jeu pour enfants, table de ping pong). De plus il est idéalement situé au carrefour de villes telles que Munich, Salzbourg et Innsbruck. Oberaudorf à elle seul vaut le détour et d'autant plus que le Tyrol est à portée pour varier les excursions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour détente en Allemagne. Ce fut un petit bout de paradis.

Het verblijf bij Katharina was prima. Heel netjes . Prima instructies. Heel fijn was het afgezette tuintje zodat ons hondje vrij naar buiten kon.

Very very spacious house and property. Easy to park. Lots to do for kids. Nice and quiet but close to the airport and also some nice restaurants near by. Would have liked something for mosquitoes as there are a lot, so bring something along.

Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der Außenbereich wurde mit so viel Liebe gestaltet, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Es ist alles genau so wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage bei Katrin und Ihrer Familie und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Big, roomy apartment beautfiul views of the mountains, very close to the ski area. Apartment was very clean and everything worked great. Only complaint is that the Wifi is super slow, probably needs to be upgraded. Would definitely return, though.
