Sandra's place was as described. Charming, very clean, comfortable located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Sandra was very quick to respond and accommodating. Highly recommended for one person or a couple.

Had a great almost 2 month stay at the apartment. It was tastefully furnished and we enjoyed our stay. The views in the apartment are also amazing. The host, Rajbeer was very responsive, answered my many questions and catered to our requests for additional items such as a blender. Would definitely recommend to others.

I spent a week here with my dog and it was one of the most beautiful clean places I’ve ever stayed. Patrick was very nice and friendly and responded very quickly every time I messaged. He also wished me a happy birthday without me even saying it was my birthday, so that was also very kind. I could go on about how wonderful my stay was but the last thing I’ll add is that the instructions on where to go and how to get inside were very thorough and helpful. Will definitely book again if I am in the area!

Amazing place. Highly recommend staying here - comfortable bed, little kitchen area with a lot of kitchen pots pans etc. provided, and very clean bathroom. Ren is super responsive and friendly as well!

I would highly recommend this suite. Nemanja was an excellent host, instructions were clear, and the suite was very quiet and private. He and Momo were exceptionally responsive to any requests and they made us feel very welcome for the duration of our stay. A nice touch was arriving to find some water bottles in the fridge and some coffee/tea to get us started. There were nice walking paths in the neighborhood and it was close to many amenities. A great spot for 1 or 2 people that need a quiet place to rest.

Very convenient, quiet and clean. Close to everything you could ever need including multiple options for public transit. Sophie was incredibly polite and always there when I needed. I was very pleased and will be returning in the future.

This home was the perfect place for me to stay during a recent conference at WLU! The building is about 1 block away from the school and is a short walking distance to dozens of fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, etc. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were friendly and very quick and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!

The unit and building were impeccable. Checkin was a breeze and flexible. Had just a wonderful night of sleep in a comfortable space. Looking forward to staying again soon.

It was lovely to deal with. He was very friendly, polite, courteous, and most of all speedy in his responses. The rear access to the lower unit was not level in between the houses. This didn’t actually impede us, but perhaps should be noted for anybody with any mobility or balance concerns. Thank you, Emmanuel. This worked well for us.

Yara was an incredible host! This Airbnb is perfect, and has absolutely everything you need. I stayed in Yara’s Airbnb for an extended period and I couldn’t have stayed at a better place. It has a full kitchen, living room, basement bedroom, laundry and washroom. Highly recommend this spot for anyone coming to KW. Thank you so much for having me, and I will definitely come back if I’m ever back in the KW area!

The cute little hideaway was a perfect fit for us. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. The unit was clean, tidy and well kept as were the beautiful surroundings. This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It has everything we need and is a beautiful well-designed property. Communication with Anne is always a pleasure and so easy. We’ll be back again.

This Airbnb is located in the heart of Kitchener-Waterloo, and is only a 10 to 15 minutes drive to all parts of the city. My wife and I enjoyed our first stay here so much that we reserved this stay (9 nights this time), and have been delighted with this stay as well. Kudos to Suki and Rajbeer for being so easy to deal with.

The host introduced us to the amenities in the building and was proactive in helping us book those. Although we didn't get a change to try them, it was very nice of them to offer that. Overall the experience at this apartment was pleasant.

This was a great spot to stay at to be central to both downtown Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo, with easy access to the LRT. Check in was easy and the space was a solid base camp to live out for a few days while being at an office in KW.
