Excellent room, the kitchen is super clean and easy to use. The people are friendly and have great recommendations for things to do in the neighborhood. The showers, the room, and the neighborhood are all clean and welcoming. would come back for sure

This place is just perfect for a trip away from Kyoto! The hostel is so tidy and clean and comfy. We received an immediate message upon booking to confirm our plans with check-in details. The staff were very sweet, helpful, and friendly and this was an excellent location in a quieter part of the city – across the river and away from the crowds and perfect to still get to be in Arashiyama. The hostel is walkable to the onsen and provides a couple for a discount for entry!

The room is near the MRT station and very easy to go anywhere. Also, the Japanese bar near the room is very delicious and stunning. It's called Ichiban.

This is a hostel but not like any hostel in USA. So clean, private, safe, and comfortable. Wang greeted us and made wonderful recommendations so we went to he Monkey Park (WOW) amazing views in their habitat and views, then Hot Springs and Bamboo forest all within walking distance. Ate and drank and local places recommended that we would never have found. Next day - took Uber to Golden Temple. Such a short stay but did so much. Thank you Mulan and Wang! Highly recommend.

It is very clean and comfortable, especially the shower room and bathroom are very clean, the surrounding transportation is also relatively convenient, the front desk staff is super cute and enthusiastic, I like ~

The (unfortunately only very short) time with Yusuke and Mariko was very, very nice! We felt right at home, it smelled good and you can tell that they put a lot of energy and heart into the house. Yusuke also gave us many great tips for the area. The neighborhood is cozy and much more pleasant than the city center. Bicycles can also be rented, which is a lot of fun in Kyoto. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

A relaxing environment, a warm welcome, and a beautiful wooden building. What more could you ask for, there is a cafe on the ground floor which after it closes serves as a common space. It's worth staying here for a week, this place actually recharges you.

Located in the quiet Nishijin area of Kyoto, there are many bus stops within a 10-minute walk, making it very convenient to get around.The accommodation is fully equipped with bathrooms, cooking facilities, laundry facilities, etc.!The host was also very welcoming!Overall, highly recommended❤️

The bedroom, kitchen, shower, and toilet were all kept very clean.I was glad to have coffee and other things in the shared space.Indoor slippers and hair dryers are also provided.I definitely want to do it again.

Since the location was quite far from my daughter’s dorm, I almost canceled my reservation. But the many great reviews made me curious, and it turns out staying here really is that comfortable — especially because of the extra space, which is quite generous and helps maintain privacy. Big thanks to the owner for being very responsive and explaining the hotel details clearly and in an easy-to-understand way, even though my Japanese skills are quite limited. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Kyoto in the future.

The bus stops right outside the hostel so it's really convenient. There's a lot of attractions nearby and an onsen as well! Beautiful and peaceful place.

Very close to a bus stop, so its convinient to get around. Its in a good area besides, and I enjoyed walking around. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it felt quite homey. Would definitely recommend!

Really friendly host and comfy bed. Maybe bring earplugs though cause the beds make sound if you're below someone stirring around it's hard to sleep.Also some rude people banging on the stairs and playing their videos out loud but that's not the Airbnb fault. I just was too shy to tell them to be quiet haha

I arrived 2 hours earlier than check-in time. The masseuse was just greeting another customer. I was so grateful that you kindly guided me in advance. The hot spring, a 6-minute walk away, is a great place to relax during your 5-night stay. I used it every day. The whole quiet village and most of the places I walked and walked, covering over 20,000 steps a day. The whole atmosphere of the house is During the day, quiet music flows as BGM The overall fragrance of the wood was good. During 4 nights in a good value accommodation There was nothing uncomfortable. However, at night, it feels a little cold. The air conditioning breeze was cool. Thanks to the kind host, Ms. Martha I had a very good experience. I plan to visit again in the fall.

Shared room w 5 others, expect some noise for people moving about while asleep. Some people may enter and exit and may interrupt sleep. That said, it is an excellent place for sleeping in and resting throughout the day since they have a quiet bottom floor where people work and do things. Fridge is there too for you to keep some food. There is a *** water*** dispenser so you don't have to purchase water.
