He responds in time and is major helpful in his responses. The place is a true depiction of what's on the listing. It's a great place in a great neighborhood and very close to the beach which was a plus for me with a mall nearby it made things very convenient.

Villa by the Beach was all that we expected and more. The pictures matched our expectations. The space was very clean with neat bedding and towels. Having travelled with family, it was very family friendly. Absolutely loved the outdoor space for early mornings and in the afternoons. The staff were great too. Maikel was very responsive and supportive. Jason and the security guy were also very professional and helpful. We surely enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend Villa by the Beach.

The check-in process was smooth, and she made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the essentials, and some thoughtful extras that made it feel like home. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and I had no trouble getting around thanks to Ruqia’s local tips. Loved my stay Margret’s. She’s present and ensures you have a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well equipped with basic utensils, and all around comfortable! It’s also a walking distance from the beach, Cowrie shells nearby has a mean whisky sour.

Sarah's place is very nice, well located, 5 min away on foot from the beach. Close to shops, with a very well equipped kitchen. The rooms have AC, but in the living room there's only a ventilator, so it can get quite hot. Otherwise I would really recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's place. Kevin is a great host, replies in minutes and makes sure any issue that might occur is solved quickly. the apartment is very nice and cool thanks to the AC and fans. the pool was also a very nice extra touch! all in all, we would definitely recommend this place.

Had a great stay at Beatrice’s place. She was very responsive and accommodating from the start, which made the whole experience smooth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as described, with all the listed amenities ready to go. The location is ideal. Close to the CBD and just a short drive from the mainland. The building felt very safe with secure entrances and sign-in requirements, plus the apartment had its own gate. For the price, it’s excellent value. I’d definitely recommend this stay to other travellers.

Becky's place was everything I needed plus so much more. As a guest who was in Mombasa for work and play, I found her place super cosy and comfortable, I never wanted to leave to go outdoors. The living room was welcoming and a great chill spot with a great quality TV and sound bar. The kitchen was fully fitted and had more than enough cutlers. The bathroom was clean with sufficient toiletries. The bedroom is the best kept secret; the mattress in the bedroom was one of the best I've ever slept on IN MY LIFE. I love me a great orthopaedic mattress. As a host, Becky was an EXCELLENT communicator from the get go. She was very hospitable, very accommodating and honestly very resourceful. I can't wait to be back. I've definitely found my home away from home when I'm in Mombasa. This spot is 10/10 minus nothing!

I spent two nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I booked, Abdirahman was communicative and friendly, sharing clear arrival instructions and local tips that made my trip seamless. The space itself was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished. I loved the comfortable king-size bed, and the fully equipped kitchen that allowed me to prepare breakfast. The Wifi was good. The location is a bit out of the way from local central attractions, but I was using the space as layover on my way to Kilifi so I really didn’t mind. Plus it offered privacy and silence that I needed.

I had a wonderful stay at Marie’s apartment during my conference at PrideInn Paradise, Mombasa. The location was perfect—conveniently close to the venue yet peaceful enough for rest after long days. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as it looks in the photos. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, I truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again during future visits to Mombasa. Highly recommended!
