Apartment holiday rentals in Kiryat Yam

Sharon's apartment is huge, beautiful, complete with everything you can ask for, and extremely comfortable. We spent a long weekend there and had to work hard to convince the kids to leave the house. We especially liked the spacious living room, the four!! different porches and the peace and quite of the parents unit upstairs.

The hotel was wonderful in every way – clean, beautiful, and the view of the ocean is just breathtaking. However, one thing I did not notice upon booking is an additional 18% tax payment requirement. It was an unpleasant surprise for me, so I encourage Israelis to be aware of this in advance. Not all places drive like this, and it may be confusing. If I had noticed this at the time of booking, I probably would have chosen somewhere else, which would have come out cheaper in the end.

Great apartment, in a new building, 4 bedrooms 2 showers and 3 toilets. Good location and the fact that there are 2 parking spaces for the apartment helped us a lot

Mazel’s place was homey, cozy and provided complete privacy. There were extra sheets, towels and blankets should we need them. The bathroom had toothpaste, soap and shampoo, available. The kitchen was fully equipped (not just a micro and kettle). The prize was the porch which opened on to the private garden. We spent almost all the hours we were in the house on the porch. We ate there, read there, and just sat there to enjoy ourselves. That was such a pleasure.

We had a great stay! The place was nice, clean, and very comfortable — just a few steps from the beach with a beautiful view. There are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, which made everything super convenient. Olga was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout. Highly recommended!

we loved our stay at Jukta's place, amazing view; patched up so high like an eerie! beautiful artsy kibbutz with so many talented people and interesting things to explore. I think we'll probably be back for a longer stay in the future!

An amazing place to stay in Haifa! Clean, comfortable, and spacious with a beautiful view. Yehuda and Eran were very friendly and easy to coordinate with.

Reality matches the photos—and in many ways, even exceeds them. The apartment is beautifully designed and located right in the heart of the coolest part of Haifa. The natural light is absolutely priceless, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Check-in was seamless. We were warmly welcomed into a spotless, well-equipped space. There were plenty of towels and fresh bed linens, and the beds were very comfortable. The A/C works great, and ceiling fans in each room are a nice bonus. The furniture is stylish and of high quality. The shower was a dream—strong water pressure and plenty of hot water (it's on-demand, but the wait is barely noticeable). If you're into it (like our kids), you'll love the huge TVs in each room, complete with cable TV. Communication with the host was smooth, and we had no trouble finding parking—though that might vary depending on the time and day. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

We were in Sheeran's apartment for 2 nights and 3 days Sheeran was very cordial and willing to give beyond what was needed She's trending to give and do everything to make us comfortable and good The house is just above the sea, feels a real retreat It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment and see the whole crazy view Walk to the separate 7 min beach A short drive to the train is also accessible to public transportation Close to grocery stores and restaurants and accessible to useful areas I would have expected a bit more cleanliness in the apartment The area from the outside is less well maintained although ours it didn't bother It's worth staying at Sheeran's cheers

Everything was great. I was able to enjoy the stay. The apartment is easy to reach and conveniently located for attractions and everything else you need. Communication was also very good

We had a great time in this wonderful apartment. We were 2 couples, so the setup with separate bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilets, was perfect. (Note that the bedrooms are up a staircase). There's a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely porch to sit outside, and also an awesome communal rooftop next to the apartment for a different view. Location is perfect, in the middle of downtown with all the bars and restaurants just below. A great find for a family or friends.

We needed a place to stay overnight close to our friends, and that was the best fit for us. The building looks a bit worn out without a secure room to hide during the rocket alarms but happily for us, there was no need for that. Cleaning was ok, however attention to details is definitely required (dirt and dust in the corners, windows, mirrors, etc.). Because of my 18 years experience in hotel business I pay more attention to these things and it stands out for me, and also because we are traveling with children, cleanliness is crucial for us. Overall, the place is nice for a night stay. Thanks to the hosts for hospitality.

Amitai is a great guy! A professional host with a big heart Above and beyond.. We met a human being with a desire to give and help in any way necessary. Even at 2:00 in the morning. Aim big on your business management path, Amitai! We learned some very important things from you. We felt like family with him. The house was pleasant and clean, well-maintained and fun. The sea in the view from the Jacuzzi Everything was just perfect! We'll be back. Highly recommended with great love!

Convenient, cozy and comfortable. Place, amenities is just as described, great views of the ocean, free parking and close to the beach. Check in and out was easy, very fast internet. Washer and dryer in the unit came in handy. Just what we needed for a two night stay in the area. Prompt, helpful and clear communication with host.

We were thoroughly impressed with Nzar, our excellent host. His friendly and helpful nature was evident from the start, as he offered us a tour of the market and made it clear he was available for any assistance needed, even late at night.

I was worried that the description of the apartment was exaggerated and some of my local relatives told that it’s a bad area and that’s why the rental price was low. After canceling I rebooked again. The host Meir has been nothing but amazing in responding to any concerns. The apartment is one of the most beautiful apartment I have ever seen. A lot of the furniture is new. It was clean, incredible balcony, spectacular view from the 24th floor. Comfortable beds and pillows. He had soap available for the washing machine. He had soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Some of my relatives that saw the apartment are already thinking of booking it for birthday parties or their own vacations.. if I come back in Haifa, I will definitely book that same apartment.

I stayed in a charming and beautiful apartment owned by Sammy and Maor, renovated and equipped, located in Kiryat Motzkin. The apartment was clean, beautifully tidy and pleasant, just like in the pictures. The property owners were available and responsive throughout the stay, and even took responsibility when there was a small misunderstanding about the parking issue following the explanation video - they acted immediately, clarified the matter and paid the report on their own initiative. Exceptional service and above expectations!
