It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Von hier aus gibt es eine Vielzahl an Wanderwegen in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. TIPP: Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Geocacher.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The stylishly furnished tiny house can accommodate up to 2 adults and max. one toddler. A living room / bedroom has a 1.80 m bed and a small sofa bed for the child. The vacation home is located in the middle of nature, about 500 m from the Kinzig reservoir, right by the forest. Grilling is possible with a private gas grill on a large furnished and partly covered terrace and a large playground (private, belongs to the property) is right outside the door.

We rent a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the city center of Waechtersbach. The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the greenery. The castle garden with the restored castle is opposite. The train connection is excellent (every 30 minutes to Frankfurt). Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
