Very satisfied with the property. Everything was clean and correct. The only comments are the lack of the fire bowl that was in the photos. This was an important point for us. And the TV was not working well, but it may have been a one-time malfunction. Otherwise very satisfied. Quick responses and flexibility. Beautiful clean house with a beautiful view

We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was clean and well maintained, the kitchen well equipped – ideal if you want to cook or bake yourself. The location is quiet, with a beautiful view, and hiking trails start right outside the door. The contact with the hostess was friendly and straightforward.

Perfect Villa, quiet, relaxing with all amenities, great and spacious, with a fantastic kitchen and great back yard where to relax. Highly Recommended!

A wonderfully quiet place, where there is plenty of space for you and who you are there. Extremely nice host, tells a lot about the house and if you want to do about the area also what to do. Together with my husband we spent 2 nights here. Definitely a place to remember.

First of all, this place is worth every penny. It is fantastically beautifully quiet and the outdoor area plus the house are a real dream. For anyone who loves nature and seeks some peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The hot tub was super heated and used frequently by us! There's plenty of space and opportunities to chat, play, or just have a relaxing time. Shortly before arrival, we unfortunately learned that the hot tub is down for one day and we do not have a dishwasher in the main house. However, this was communicated early and even offered to cancel at short notice and for free. We still wanted to arrive and also enjoyed the time very much. And after a day we had the hot tub again. We were also technically accommodated there, which was very fair. We had a great time and would love to come back. Communication was outstanding. Thanks for that!

Very friendly, informative and communicative owners, thanks Jenna and Alexandre. I spent a night in the apartments with my two daughters. We came for hiking nearby. Felt very comfortable inside and outside. Nice spacious area. Apartments equipped by all required, clean and cozy. I would recommend to add microwave oven, but not critical. Good internet wi-fi speed. I think a swimming pool and its description make slight confusion, as it's actually without heating, can barely be appropriate for swimming and keep 20-25 degree by itself if not hot days outside and apartments cost higher than comparable ones in the area - assume because of the pool, which wasn't a problem for us, but I would like to be honest here. We were in June, the temperature outside was 16-18 degree, water temperature around 15-17 degree. This won't prevent us to dive into it twice, but more as a 'Wim Hof' challange :) Thanks for a nice stay!

We booked Fabien's house last minute after there were problems with the heating in the house we stayed in first. Fabien responded directly to our booking request and was fortunately flexible with the arrival time. We were warmly welcomed , given a tour and some hiking tips on top . The walk to la Roche au faucons is indeed beautiful . The house is in a quiet location but within walking distance there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink. The house and the garden are ideal for people who want to bring their dog.

We were looking for something quiet to relax. The area is beautiful and Veronique's house was perfect. It was all as described and we felt very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and there were enough utensils to cook. Everything was clean and fragrant, so you could stand it on the sofa under the cuddly blanket🌻. The oven was also a big plus because in the morning it was still quite cold. Thank you for everything.

Nice spacious house. Fully equipped. We asked if we could get/buy wood somewhere and it was brought right away (for the stove outside). Supermarket around the corner, nice and convenient.

Katja and Joris' apartment is very personal, friendly and pleasantly furnished. You can tell that you have a "whole" house. It would take more than 3 days to really enjoy the house and the surroundings, but it was also perfect, there was the right place in the house for everyone. We were very happy about a super espresso machine that was already perfectly prepared. We will be happy to come back sometime.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, you are in the perfect place. Hidden among the rustling trees. Singing birds and croaking frogs, that's all you hear. So, wonderful sleep. Beautiful area for hiking. And not to forget, the pleasant contact with the host.

We were guests of Johannes for a short trip and were consistently satisfied. On the same day of arrival, he called to see if everything was okay. The location is great, it doesn't get any more central. We also liked the house/apartment. Please remember that it is an old half-timbered house. It is quite noisy and, for example, the doors are also a little lower. Since Monschau offers little space for dogs, we were also happy about the small garden directly at the house.

Was a fantastic stay! As a few other reviews also indicated, the space was even better than the photos showed. Petra is a very friendly and super attentive host, as well as her partner. There is plenty to do and see in the area if you love nature, and the house itself is also a very nice place to relax. Certainly also recommended with the dog, who could make perfect use of the enclosed garden. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice flat, but the location is slightly odd as it’s in the middle of a trading estate. It’s quite spartan and there is only a microwave oven, so it’s probably best suited to a business person rather than a holiday maker. Having said that the decor is very tasteful and it’s pleasant to stay in, also really very good value for money compared to a hotel. Would recommend with the above caveats.

Jan was the perfect host – incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, he immediately brought a go-kart and a ping pong table for the children, which was really appreciated. The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

It was our second visit at Chalet Citola. The house and surroundings are just perfect for us and our two dogs. We love it so much that we already booked our next stay for later this year.
