The little annexe

This unique place has a style all its own. The little annexe is in a residential area of kinmel bay/Towyn it’s fully self contained set in its own little garden and private entrance onto the street it has 1 bedroom with a small double bed open plan living room and full kitchen including washing machine full size cooker pots/pans ect shower room / toilet ( please note shower room sink cold water only )has a lovely peaceful little garden with seating area

The property is close by to the Rhyl Pavillion Theatre and the new £15 million SC2 Water Park. Easily accessible to A55, making it perfect for anyone wishing to take of advantage of the North Wales Coastline and Snowdonia National Park. The historic city of Chester is also less than 30 minutes away.

Take a break and unwind at Yr Atodiad - escape to the peace and quiet of the Welsh countryside and enjoy the fresh air, gorgeous walks, and just being in the moment. You will have use of our cosy self contained annexe - with parking, wood burning stove, and basic kitchen facilities. The views of open countryside and our garden (currently a work in progress) are stunning. We have chickens and there are often lambs in our two small fields.
