Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kinmel Bay and Towyn

From the moment we arrived Richard made us feel right at home. He was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as described & the furniture was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent and there were lots of little touches not mentioned in the write up about the accommodation. The Hot tub was amazing, the views were beautiful & the patio area was perfect. The area is so peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend here for a relaxing & comfortable stay.

Dog friendly cottage, close to the river and other walks. Small cottage, was a bit of a squeeze with our bigger dog. All was clean. Contact with Annette was great, clear instructions and always replied. Recommend

Our second stay at Davies Cottage. It has everything you could possibly need and we were more than comfortable! Chris is a wonderful host and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation. Hope we see you again some time!

Stayed for 3 nights as Richard, my partner, had training for an ultra marathon up in Snowden mountains. Crazy I know! The apartment was on the ground floor and everything was sparkling clean. I’m usually funny about sleeping somewhere else but I had the best night sleep ever. Carolyne was knowledgeable about the area and gave us recommendations to visit, however, Richard’s and my training kind of took most of our time. I would definitely book with Carolyne, again.

Had a wonderful weekend. Great house, Superb Kitchen, plenty of space and lovley Deco. We had a slight problem with bed which was dealt with by host (no fault of her own). communication was super efficient and helpful. It did not detract from our stay as everything else was perfect. Very Close to Conwy and Llandudno. Conwy Harbour was Beautiful and Nikki provides a useful Folder full of examples of places to eat, drink and visit. Hot tub and outside area provides a great place to unwind. The Castle View pub is also close by and offers a great view of Conwy Harbour. Thank You Nikki and Family ...your home is a credit to you x

We’ve had a lovely few days at the apartment with our family. The location is great for visiting different beaches and the surroundings are just beautiful. Our kids especially loved the goats and chickens! The hot tub was very spacious, we loved sitting in at night and enjoying the view. Damien was a great host that always replied very promptly. Little heads up for families with young children, it might be worth bringing a black out blind for the skylight in the bedroom as our children woke up very early due to the daylight. Damien said it is something they would be looking at fitting soon. Overall We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy, which made us feel right at home. Plus, the location was incredibly good, making it super easy to get around and explore Llandudno.

First class accommodation in a lovely tranquil village with the local pub offering a warm and friendly welcome with excellent food. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment, its a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Wales. Maria is a super Host in every way, thoughtful and kind, thank you so much for taking such good care of us.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and my partner and I both really enjoyed it. The host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She was only a quick message away if we needed anything. We had a minor issue that was outside of her control during the stay and she was very responsive and helped us out quickly which we really appreciate. Lovely, well kept apartment with many nice touches and within walking distance to the beach and the town centre. Was great to have off-road parking as well!

Great communication/instructions from Alyson for check-in and hosting our arrival. Perfect place to stay for myself and the two young grandkids, groundfloor, 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, outside space, secure parking, great loaction, the apartment has everything you need, its been extremely well thought out, tastefully decorated, was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay, could not fault it, would definitely stay there again if returning to the area, a lovely cosy home from home The grandkids commented on how comfortable the beds were, we all slept extremely well, they loved their stay and didn't want to leave. The complex was very quiet even though its adjacent to a busy road, couldn't hear any road noise inside, or from other residents, it was so quiet and relaxing, close to the prom and shops and it was great to have a secure parking space. Some nice touches, milk and snacks on arrival, thank you Alyson Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Llandudno area.

Everything is convenient, clean, easy to get in and out, you can walk to the beach.

Great location for us to stop at whilst we climbed Snowdon! Place was immaculate and very clear instructions for check-in! A lovely welcome gift was a very pleasant surprise :) Highly recommend.

Welcomed with Welch cakes at this great location for exploring the local area. Amazing views from the apartment and had everything you need. Tony made us very welcome and explained about the area. We have a lovely short break.

Great little flat in a very convenient location, only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. It is comfortable and has everything you need, even coffee, tea, and milk in the fridge (which was an unusual and generous touch—usually the first thing I do in an Airbnb is run out to buy milk for the morning coffee!). If anything is missing, Julia will quickly respond. It was extremely quiet and clean and I enjoyed my stay.

We had an amazing time at Helen's place! We were looking for wheelchair friendly accommodation and were glad to find a comfortable and cosy place to stay. We loved having the Chinese restaurant next door as we were too tired from sightseeing in the day to do any cooking! We also liked that everything worked: WiFi was strong and reliable, adjusting the heating was a no-brainer, bins were clearly laid out and labelled, hot water working ok, TV and channels were straightforward to use, and it was dead easy to access the property.
