Holiday rentals with beach access in Kingscliff

We loved staying at Gillian’s place! It was so beautiful with stunning surrounds and a charming interior as well. It was fitted out with everything to make our stay comfortable and cosy. It rained all weekend but the lovely apartment more than made up for the weather!

Accidentally I chose the right time of year to visit Kingscliff, which was wonderful!!- not too many people about, peaceful, calm and beautiful. Loved watching the Pelicans on the river sitting out in the garden area. The smell of the sea air delicious! The unit fantastic with so many useful amenities …. I didn’t want to leave!! . Steve very patient with the non technical brain!!

This is a beautiful townhouse 50m from the beach. A clean, well presented property. Everything we needed was there.

Very spacious apartment with great outlook. With the balcony area feels like a penthouse. Well stocked and made the stay with family very easy

Excellent stay at Camille’s place. Amazing spot with incredible views from the living room and balcony of the Coolangatta sea. Right across the road from the beach. Property as described and very much enjoyed the stay. Camille responsive and very easy to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be next to the ocean, beautiful location.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable-so close to the beach. The apartment itself is fantastic,spacious, well-maintained, and exactly like the photos. The rooftop spa was a real highlight, offering a stunning view of the sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.Debbie, the host, was communicative and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

It was such a nice experience to stay at David and Sandra's place. The house has everything you need to make yourself at home. David was very attentive and responsive at all times. They look after the pool and facilities so that makes it very easy for you. We did not have to contact them for cleaning the pool. Before we notices it was already done before we had to ask. Place is well kept. It is close to a beautiful entrance to Tallow's beach. In spite of bad weather, we made the most out of our stay. You have everything close to you at walking distance if you do not want to go into town. Suffolk it is only 10 minutes drive from Byron Bay, so it makes things very easy. I believe it is a great location for a relaxed holiday with the family close enough to main attractions wihouth necessarilyn been in the heart of Byron. We would definitely recommend David and Sandra's beautiful home.

The Boathouse is an oasis of peace and quiet where the only noise you hear is the crash of waves, the patter of raindrops or the occasional bird. Although close to neighbouring properties it feels secluded and tranquil and very private. If the beach were any closer it would be lapping at the bed and cafe just around the corner could not be better. Thank you to Janene and Cameron for sharing your corner of paradise, it is truely spectacular and we can’t wait until we can return. Amanda & Clint

Margo and Steve's house was beautiful, clean and extremely well stocked with books and condiments too! The location in a quiet alcove in the coastal trees, just metres from an open beach with long walks and interesting headland complete with a small lighthouse! The house was a joy and made for a great, peaceful stay., thank you.

Nice clean and tidy place to stay. Good bedrooms and family feel house with access to river and beach and a big back yard. Well located between Cabarita and Pottsville. Jo was a great host and we enjoyed our stay here.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream! The location couldn't have been better—just steps away from the beach with direct access that made morning walks and sunset views incredibly easy and relaxing. The area was peaceful yet close to everything we needed, from great restaurants to local shops. The weather during our stay was perfect—sunny skies and a gentle breeze every day, which made lounging by the water and exploring the area even more enjoyable. We felt like we were in a little slice of paradise. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and soak up the beauty of the coast. We can’t wait to come back

Just wow. This was one of the best Airbnbs we have every stayed at! Everything was perfect, and exceeded expectations. My family of 13 adults and 2 young children stayed for one week, in both homes (number 7 and 7a). Both houses were immaculate, beautifully styled, comfortable, and well supplied with kitchen tools, appliances, toiletries and linen. There were lovely common areas to play games, share meals, and relax whilst the kids were safe to roam and play. But also quiet, comfy areas to retreat when needing a rest or some down time. The location is ideal - on a quiet, leafy street, yet easy walking distance to the markets, shops, cafes, fantastic restaurants, the creek, beach, and parks. Anna was a wonderful, welcoming, friendly and generous host. Communication was easy and she was very thoughtful of our needs. Thank you so much, Anna, for providing the best possible place for us to enjoy our family reunion.

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

The best of the best. Exceptionally clean and well appointed apartment that went above and beyond our expectations. Floor to ceiling views, spacious, extremely comfortable bed, awesome location and appointed with fantastic amenities. The in-room spa was a highlight. Aaron was friendly and easy to communicate with, and made the stay seamless. We won’t be staying anywhere else on the coast for our next trip. Thanks for everything mate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jac’s place provided a very comfortable stay in Pottsville. The amenity was great with excellent kitchen facilities and utensils. Very nice bathroom reflects a thoughtful design when undertaking a renovation . Lounge/ sitting are was comfortable. Outside courtyard was a pleasant addition for a unit.

To put it simply we had a great stay in Jesse's place it had everything we needed and shops and restraunts were only a 2 -3 minute walk and so was the wonderful beach
