Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kings Beach

Our stay at Pelican waters was just what we needed, from inside to outside As we wanted to enjoy each other's company and not go out there was enough for us to do together with in the house from enjoying the spa and pool and able to use the kayaks. The Kitchen was a dream we had few cooks in there and all able to sit around the island bench at the same time with a little light under it... The games provided where also a hit with us especially the free standing connect 4 We had amazing stay and we would recommend you to stay here Big Thank You Mandy and Steph

Most enjoyable stay at Andrew and Danne’s beach house over Easter. Travelled with 3 adult children and their spouses so 8 adults in total and a 4 month old baby and a happy chihuahua. Plenty of space to stretch out over the property, never felt cramped, lots to do including fishing on the pontoon (caught 2 bream and a crab!), swimming in the pool and spa, reading by the pool while others played board games or watching a movie. The beach was a comfortable 15 minute stroll away and the shops a short drive. The house was very comfortable and clean. We created many memories together in the beach house, we would recommend staying in this home. Thank you Andrew and Danne for a hassle free trip and opening your home to us to enjoy. Thank you .

Excellent location nestled in Moffat beach. Short walk 5 min to One Block Back cafe & beach 15min with bakery and grocery store close as well. Coffee machine in the house worked great we well. House has been newly renovated and beds were very comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal. Tiles floors & great yard made it super easy with our small dogs as well. There was even a little dog bed provided which was a nice touch. We were able to relax at this house & will definitely be back.

Had a great couple of days with my Son, very tidy property with everything you need at hand. Accessible to lots of walks and attractions on the Sunshine Coast, peaceful and safe area- would definitely book again- highly recommended.

We stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and private, which made it feel like a true retreat. The spa and fire pit were definite highlights and made our stay feel extra special. The property had everything we needed, and the hosts were so helpful and friendly whenever we had any questions. A beautiful and relaxing place to stay, highly recommended!

Chris’ place was even better than described. There was so much space for our group of 12 adults and Chris had thought of absolutely everything condiments, a lovely basket of snacks, dark face washers for make up and so much more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house Chris!!

We had the most amazing stay at Petrichor Estate!! Every detail of the stay and the home was well thought out, luxurious, relaxing, practical and so special. We have 2 young children and every element was perfect for them. The gorgeous kids room was such a a cute surprise, lots of great toys, games and little touches. Everything had been thought of for them, including the little table and chairs, kids cups and plates and even bath toys! It makes it so much easier to relax when these things are made easy. We loved the home, it is stunning. The master bedroom with stunning views and fireplace is so gorgeous. Every element and room has a luxury touch and feels welcoming and special. The hosts were excellent. We had terrific communication before and during the stay and a great welcome. Loved all the extra touches like the robes, slippers, beautiful toiletries, that made this feel like a 5 star resort stay, thank you! The location is peaceful and quiet. Literally felt like heaven.

We had a fabulous stay here with our family (5 adults and a toddler). The hosts went out of their way to make us feel right at home. Very nice house with heaps of space, the outdoor area is great. Would happily stay again!

Fantastic experience! From the moment we opened the door we were greeted with an AMAZING looking house. All 4 bedrooms are great and have own bathrooms, ideal for groups of 8 people (4 couples which was our case). This property is truly magical, with a track via buggy through the golf courses to the beach, this is definitely a place to stay for a relaxing good quality holidays! The swimming pool and tennis court are right next to the house which makes it even more convenient. Highly recommended! By the way, the host was just great, hats off to Bruce. Good on you mate and tks heaps for making our staying exceeds our expectation!

Well where do i start, could write an essay regarding Simon's gorgeous cabin! From the very start Simon was extremely responsive and very accommodating/helpful. We originally booked for my husband's 60th Birthday (March) however due to pending possible flooding/ extremely bad weather in SE QLD Simon kindly agreed to move our booking to end of June instead. We could not find fault in one little thing about this property. The location and views were to die for and despite the rain/mist it had such a tranquility/serenity of its own. The property build design was of very high structure/quality and the layout carefully and well planned to capture mother nature at her best. The interior design of the all the rooms (including added touches of a heat towel rail and, movement activated bathroom mirror lighting, real fireplace were perfect. The soft furnishings, towels/bedding sheer luxury and very high quality and the king bed was sooooo comfortable. The outdoor hot tub amazing...5 STARS !

Absolutely incredible. We can’t wait to come back. Every little thing was thought of from the robes, the fire place, the heated pool, Brekky basket with fresh local produce and the amazing croissants delivered each morning. We felt like we were in a different world amongst the rainforest. Thank you so much guys. You’ll be seeing us soon :) xx

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Obi Rise. The villa was stunning and the views were breathtaking. We will be coming back for another weekend away in the future. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely, well-equipped villa with beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed exploring the Coolum Beach area and viewing migrating whales from the patio.

Imagine a beautifully appointed, dream cabin in the woods with sunken spa bath, flowing creek below that lulls you to sleep, a hammock on the veranda where you can relax with a glass of wine and listen to the birds discuss the wonders of the lush rainforest that surrounds you. Think of a place where you see only wildlife and if the whole retreat was at capacity it would still be a handful of people in a handful of cabins that you never even see. Picture a warm welcome with breakfast hamper and cheese platter and croissants delivered daily to your cabin by a magic invisible and silent rainforest spirit that leaves them fresh for you to enjoy. Consider a selection of wine and spirits available on site along with bbq hampers and other niceties that you can cook on your outdoor bbq whilst the bush turkeys look on hopefully. Hold your loved one in front of the fireplace and listen to the night whisper “relax”, “forget”, “unwind”, “just be”.

Janine was a wonderful host, we had a fantastic stay here. Janine had good clear communication, was responsive to question's I had prior to booking. The villa was lovely, clean, peaceful, quiet and private. Hot tub was hot ready to jump into upon arrival. Breakfast basket was a beautiful addition to the room, full of locally sourced goodies. Would definitely recommend Figtree villa to others and would stay here again.

An incredibly beautiful accomodation, with such a thoughtful and considerate host. Tanya was so hospitable, leaving the fireplace and lights on for our late night arrival, and checking in with us through text during our stay. The home was immaculate, the ammenities were to die for, and the interior was stunning. Our only regret was not staying longer. We were sad to be leaving but are sure to be returning soon

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was luxurious and peaceful. The breakfast basket was a nice surprise and had plenty of items. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

We absolutely could not have asked for a better retreat. The property is so perfectly located, completely private, peaceful & tranquil. Our fur babies loved exploring the grounds, as did we. The bush serenity, fire & view over water made it perfect for the nature over who derives energy from these. The cabin itself was beautifully decorated with little items of funky interest. Comfortable beds, plenty of space & a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Thank you so much for, you’ll definitely be seeing us again!

I really loved my stay here, the sound and view of the creek are so lovely and peaceful, and Brad and Cicilia are friendly and helpful hosts. The place is well equipped; they supply basics like tea, coffee, milk, sugar, oil, salt and pepper and some condiments, which is really helpful, and they offer assistance in any way you need, Brad even offered to look at my car when it was making a terrible noise, and contacted his mechanic for me. The bed is really comfortable and I love the bath! Highly recommended
