It was an absolute delight to return to the cute boudoir! Just like the first time, its charm and comfort enveloped us from the moment we stepped inside. The thoughtful little touches and the overall cozy atmosphere made for another wonderfully relaxing stay. It truly feels like a little sanctuary, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and charming getaway!

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

Communication was great right from the initial booking, all questions were answered promptly. The space is perfect for couples or small families, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and amenities. A lovely relaxing unit that was spotless. Could hear the waves at night. Easy walking to cafes and boat club. Loved the boardwalk and my dog enjoyed walking along there. Unfortunately the beach not dog friendly but the grassy areas were suitable to sit and look out to the ocean. Everything provided and lovely linen. Hosts were friendly and responded immediately to my question.

Great unit conveniently located to Mooloolaba beach, bars and cafes. Clean tidy and all facilities to make for a great holiday or business trip on the Sunshine Coast. Definitely recommend for a long or short stay.

My stay at Mark’s beautiful apartment was an absolute pleasure. I was in need of an easy and peaceful get away and that was exactly what I had. The communication and instructions with Mark were clear, easy and friendly. The apartment offers magical views, cleanliness, the most wonderfully comfiest couch, a well stocked kitchen and pantry and two beaches (plus a number of eating venues) on either sides within a few minutes walk. I’m very much looking forwards to returning in the future.

This is the perfect location for a couple wanting a few days away. Right on the water looking over the Bribie Inlet, it's in the prefect location for the beach, shops and good restaurants. The unit had been refurbished and they have gone to a lot of trouble to make the place outstanding. There was a lovely bottle of wine, crackers and cheese waiting for us on arrival in the mini kitchen. Don't plan on cooking anything much, though there is a double air fryer, a toaster, kettle and a great pod coffee machine, with plenty of pods in different flavours. There's a waching machine dryer and all the things you need to wash, plus ample large fluffy towels for the bathroom, the spa and or the beach. All the linen and furnishings are new or next to new and they have gone the extra mile to make it look and feel luxurious. There's a nice balcony and a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the water and the passing fishing boats. Getting in and out was easy with the lock box keys.

We had to book this apartment in Caloundra at the very last minute, and honestly, we couldn’t believe our luck. It’s an absolutely amazing place in an unbeatable location — right in the heart of Kings Beach, just a short stroll from the sand and surf. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully set up with everything we could possibly need. Super comfortable, well-equipped, and with a great layout that made it feel like a true home away from home. The owner was fantastic — incredibly helpful, welcoming, and responsive from the moment we booked. It’s rare to find a host and a property that tick every single box, but this one absolutely did. We genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing about our stay and would urge anyone considering Caloundra to book this place without hesitation. It’s a gem — we’ll definitely be back!

Ross's place is tastefully appointed, with high quality linen and superb views. Walking distance to all local restaurants and bars, it was the perfect spot for a short stay. Ross gave us some recommendations for local eateries and was always responsive. We'd love to stay again.

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

What a beautifully appointed space for our Pre Wedding photos and Post Wedding mini moon. From the close proximity to the beach in the day to the comfy beds at night ,this place did not disappoint.. Thoroughly recommend. 10/10

This place has a solid location, very well thought out and comfortable. Absolutely ideal for a couple and steps to one of the nicest beaches in Sunshine Coast. A great spot to base yourself for surfing being on Yarimba beach or a short drive to the points in Coolum. An absolute bargain compared to the overpriced and aged hotels in the area. If you’re after a chill, private spot by the beach you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing place to stay! The apartment was super clean & tidy. Loved the furniture/decor 😍 Thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would recommend to everyone!! The only slight problem we had was when we were trying to access the letterbox/lock box. Instructions said pull but it’s more of a “flick out” but Rita was very responsive when we message for help! Overall loved this place & we will be back! ☺️

The apartment itself is huge, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed to feel completely at home. The kitchen is a standout – big, modern, and stocked with generous pantry and fridge supplies, plus a fantastic coffee machine that made mornings extra special. My family and I had a wonderful stay in Stephen’s beautiful home. Everything was as in the photos. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Beach a couple of steps from the side gate. Location was stunning. Everything you could want from a holiday spot. The master bedroom was superb, hope to get all the family back to the property. Overall sensational.

Just spent wonderful 10 days at Helen’s place. Apartment is comfortable, clean and close to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen, has literally everything you might need. Helen responded to us very quickly every time we needed help. Building very well maintained and although there’s some construction close by, we couldn’t hear any noise from her apartment!! One of the best AirBNB’s we stayed so far.

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.
