Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kingborough Council

Blissful couple of nights at this cosy Bruny cottage. We were so lucky with the weather, cold clear skys. We even got some Lady Aurora activity. The cottage was very warm and the bed was soooooo comfortable. Just a quick trip to the Bruny Island Hotel made dinner a breeze. Location is great as it was not far to the south or to Adventure Bay. Loved spending time on the deck or enjoying the view from the lounge. Look forward to returning.

Had a lovely stay, what I appreciate the most was how child friendly the house was. Variety of toys, games and children books available from the Airbnb. Clean, cosy and well furnished. Highly recommend.

Stunning home in a stunning location! Lots of basics supplied in the kitchen, and the breakfast hamper was a great addition!! Would happily stay again :)

Rob's place is beautiful inside and out. The views are spectacular. It's super quick and easy to walk to the beach, cafes and shops. The house is simply a joy to be in - light filled, comfy and wonderfully styled. You'll find everything you need here. Rob is a generous and accommodating host, communicating openly and responding promptly. We look forward to our next stay at Rob's place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oskar's and Gabbi's beach house. Stunning views and very peaceful. There is so much to do and see on Bruny Island. Gabbi and Oskar were very helpful and responsive which made our stay great. Hopefully we can come back and stay again sometime.

We enjoyed the house and area for an extended family trip. Lots of room and activities at the house. Kids loved the painting spot, and the short walk to fish off the jetty. Some nice foreshore walks, with a well formed track to Verona Sands. Thanks

Excellent. Luxurious house, well equipped with heating in every room and a complete kitchen. Beautiful views from the house as well. Really really good stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

I want to say it was awful so that it’ll be free next time I want to book it. But that’s not fair, everyone should get the opportunity to stay here. Quiet location away from the main roads, gorgeous views from the hot tub on the balcony. Simple, cosy accomodation that was exactly what I was after. Sean was super communicative prior to the stay and everything was so well explained I didn’t need him again except to let him know that regretfully, my stay was over. 10/10, thanks Sean for making such a special place available.

We really enjoyed our time at Michael’s AirBnB, which had an awesome view, was very spacious and impeccably clean. Mike was very friendly and gave us some good tips. Would stay there again the next time we’re in Hobart.

An excellent stay in the most well-cared for Airbnb we have seen. Luxurious, cosy, local recommendations, and host was available and proactive. Many little touches to enhance your stay. This will be one of your best accommodation experiences during your travels. A highlight on the app for sure.

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment was brilliant and in a beautiful area of Hobart. Everything we needed was provided and Anja made sure that any needs were met. We hope to stay again!

We had an amazing stay, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a short holiday, local store and cafe only a short walk away if you forget anything. Beach views too, and even in Winter, gorgeous.

I stayed at Tom and Pam's for business reasons - it was easy walking to one site and the bus stop was 30 seconds away for bus commutes. Tom was very responsive to my needs. The apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler, good cooking facilities and general amenities. Loved the serene gardens, great after a busy day or an easy walk to the beach as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The place was very clean and comfortable and nice to relax after all day exploring Hobart. We were also able to check in early which is a bonus! James have been great! Highly recommend this place

An amazing location and spot, the hosts were attentive and the room was spotless and adorably homely! Not to mention the amazing views, sad we didn’t book for longer! Definitely will be back next time.

Julie’s cosy apartment was just perfect for a Tassie winter break. Beautiful linen, soft,comfortable lounges and a warm fireplace made everything so inviting. I would highly recommend staying here. Thankyou for having us . Di and Pete

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!
