Apartment holiday rentals in King Abdullah Economic City

The apartment is exceptionally clean, offers a stunning view, and is priced very well for its size! Everything is conveniently located within walking distance. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the host and their assistant for being so kind and welcoming.

تجربه رائعه ليومين ، في البداية عند وصولي لم تكن المعلومات دقيقه جداً لكي اصل دون مساعدة احد ولكن عند التواصل مع المضيف كان سريع الاستجابه وقام بمقابلتي ومساعدتي في الدخول ، بالنسبه للشقة فموقعها رائع جداً جداً جداً واطلالتها من جميع الغرف على المسبح والبحر بشكل استثنائي ، بالنسبة لنظافة الشقة فهو يعتبر مستوى متوسط من النظافة ولكن ليست نظيفه جداً وكان بالامكان ان تكون افضل من ذلك مقارنة بسعرها ، المضيف لديه تواصل جيد ويحاول جاهداً ان يلبي جميع مطالبك وهذا شي مميز. سأكرر الزياره ولكن اتمنى ان تحظى ملاحظتي بعناية المضيف .

Host was extremely helpful and communicative. I booked the room around 9:30pm and was able to access by 10pm. Mohammed helped me find somewhere to stay very quickly as my original plans changed last minute. Thank you again for arranging the booking so quickly!!

What a beautiful apartment. Everything though off from coffee and slippers. The electric chair was so good. This is a perfect place to relax and rest.

The apartment is clean and spacious with many rooms and beds that can fit up to 8 people, 6 single beds spread out in 3 rooms all having a sea view. 1 master bedroom that has a king bed and a balcony. There were also 3 bathrooms with toiletries available at each one which makes this apartment great for large families. The living room is also spacious and lovely with a great view, 2 dining tables, a large couch, TV, and a balcony. The Kitchen had multiple appliances available like a kettle, dishwasher, fridge, stove, air fryer, microwave and a view of the living room’s balcony. The Apartment smelled really nice and when we arrived the place was unlocked for us and the Quran was on the TV which is a really nice touch from the host. The location is in the heart of KAEC, overlooking the marina with multiple restaurants within walking distance. There is free parking in the building. The host was very attentive to my messages and responded quickly and he was extremely polite and helpful.

Yousef was very cooperative and wonderful. The apartment was very good, although I expected the building to be newer.

المكان بعيد عن صخب المدينة والازعاج هدوء مره هدوء ونظيف والشقه مرتبه وهاديه ونظيفه فيه مطبخ متكامل جيب اغراضك ولا يوقف .. شكرا شكرا للأخ سلمان على تعامله قمة في الاخلاق للأمانة ويرد عليك على طول 👍🤍

Great stay for a no frills, low budget. The location is amazing. It’s right next to the marina and you feel like you’re in a Los Angeles suburb. Palm trees line the streets and glorious sunshine.

I stayed for one night but it was a mesmerizing experience. Yes the place definitely needs a massive interior enhancement, did found stains on couch beds uncomfortable stains on bathtub and floor silicone in bathroom coming out. Kettle was dirty couldn’t use it. Otherwise it was well cleaned didnt found any cockroach or insects. Huge living room area with huge windows showing watery views from every window! Open Kitchen has a view to the balcony. Heater working well. Near to Yam beach 5 mins by car. Marina center 5 mins walking and to Views 15 mins walking. I did had check in issues and host was unresponsive but solve it later. Allowed late check out which what I appreciate. WiFi available but at some point it disconnected and wasn’t able to reconnect and couldn’t solve it but tv abled to connect to my personal hotspot. Overall great stay. Definitely going back if price stayed the same. However I do recommend to bring your essentials such as bedding utensils towels for hygienic purpose
