Villa holiday rentals in Kihim

It was a nice stay... everyone is very cooperative and responsive. We visited a family with one infant. It was clean and flexible. The market was nearby and the beach was accessible on a 20 mins walk. The garden area is so good and refreshing. Pool was clean too. Basically we 9 people really enjoyed our stay and its surroundings. Thanks ajinkya for your hospitality during our stay.

This is a lovely large house situated in a quite place . The entry level has a big sitting area with a 8 seater dining table . There are 2 bedrooms here with attached bath and 3 on the floor above . Another bedroom is on the second floor (this has no attached bath) . Each room is well kept and provided with blankets and towels . The swimming pool is a level lower and the 7th room is at this level ,this room is more like a outhouse along with other gaming facilities . A large Verandah runs through two sides of the entire hall where games can be played. Here too there are outdoor rattan tables and chairs provided. A trampoline at one corner occupied the children for long time . The highlight of the place is the pool which is clean and inviting . The caretaker is very helpful and provides tea , coffee and heats all the meals which are delivered from small home based restaurants close by , with recommendations from host . We would surely recommend this place for a large group .

Great place to stay If you want to relax and explore places like Korlia, Revdanda & Kashid. Really had a great time, place was very peaceful just like we hoped it would be. Really clean house, very friendly locals & the host as well. Had a great time. Will definitely visit this place again for sure...

It was a peaceful time I spent with my family, food quality and price was to satisfying and it was too testy and simple home cooked food with all authenticity and flavours of Kokan.. Just missed the river running water which is just beside the villa (as this days the river was dry), I will surely come back to experience the river fresh water. The villa just feels like a dream house one should own.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was well maintained and the hosts were very helpful. A gesture which we all appreciated was the home baked cake sent by the hosts for us which we enjoyed tremendously. We really enjoyed the delicious food prepared by the caretaker at the property. It was very homely type of cooking and very tasty. We look forward to revisiting Gaurav's property in the future for more holidays.

Wonderful place to come with your dog - especially those who need to decompress. The interior yard was securely fenced and outside there was no one else around so he was able to run off leash safely. It's a completely secluded hill station with total quiet and calm amongst nature...yet close enough to the local village to have delicious meals delivered. Full modern amenities - steady electricity, hot water, modern dry bathrooms, fridge, cooker, wifi, cable TV, and even a karaoke machine - everything working tip top - and a caretaker eager and adept to meet your every need. He is sweet as can be and his English is still expanding, but the host is reachable and helpful communicating. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!

We stayed at this place over the 19-21 oct weekend. We were two families with 3 children. The place is huge and much bigger than we expected. It was sparkling clean. The place is tastefully done up with very nice furniture. Sangeeta and Sarika the care takers were wonderful. Sangeeta’s food especially the pomfret fry and Prawns curry were amazing. Everything was fresh and quantity was wholesome. Food pricing was slightly higher than expected but worth it. Very good experience and would like to come back again.

It was great experience dealing with Mr Percy. He was in touch with me from the time I booked the place. I didn't felt I did book this place, it was more like I was as a guest visiting Percy's place. The place is perfectly fine for my Pet ( Brandy) she enjoyed best time at this place. Finally great experience to whole family!

This Place is truly amazing. Staying there is one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. The House is very Spacious , Pool and Gardens are great, in a very peaceful surroundings. The Caretaker Rajen took care of us very well and food is very good too. The place is very spacious, would be perfect for a group .Overall, we had an amazing experience there. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is hoping for a peaceful getaway and we will definitely be back again!

The host & his team were proactive and helpful in helping us plan for the journey as well as the stay. The villa itself is quite spacious and well equipped, including a good sized pool and an outhouse. The beach was a 2 minute walk away and was not too crowded, even during twilight hours. The on-ground staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the food was also yummy and customized to our preferences. We were visiting for our son's first birthday, and were traveling with both an infant and our parents, all of whom had a wonderful time. The pool side garden was an ideal place for a small family celebration and we carry with us great memories of a brief but enjoyable vacation.

It’s great place for for huge group. Separate rooms give you the privacy you want. And a common space provide perfect combination. Caretaker that’s the best guy. He is your guy trust me. That place is as good as I am saying because of Hritik. Superb host he is! Just this is a but remote location but Zomato and Hritik will take care of food. But no stores or groceries stores nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! It exceeded our expectations—not only did it perfectly match the photos and description, but it was actually more spacious than we anticipated. The place offered great privacy, and the people we interacted with were incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with ample parking available. The property is in a secure, gated compound with excellent amenities, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also really enjoyed the food—it was delicious! Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to come back!

Our stay was excellent, especially the smooth check-in process. Vineet a genuinely pleasant host took care of all our needs. The room was spacious, with a terrace and dining table we enjoyed a barbecue which is the plus point. The only downside was the food quality; it could be improved. We ordered breakfast and a rice plate, but taste-wise, there's room for enhancement. Apart from that, everything went well. The location is a bit secluded I recommend bringing your own vehicle as there's ample parking space. Vineet and his wife were fantastic hosts ensuring our stay was relaxing by arranging everything we needed.

Great place to visit in Alibagh. The staffs were cooperating and well mannered.Tge pace was clean and clear in that location The stuffs inside the resort were clear and clean with a healthy environment and suitable for family. We enjoyed a lot The pool was clean and clear,The lightning were amazing.Ankit organized a free complimentary music during cake ceremony.Ankit was familiar person and respectful while talking. The place was worth of money,time.Highly recommend will definitely visit again with our family. We enjoyed a lot.
