There is no electricity or running water in the cottage. Heating is on the fireplace. The property is only rented to those who have experience in wilderness cottages and know how to work with firesticks.

The city and the region can offer many attractions such as fishing, birdwatching, the famous Witch Memorial, scenic walks, historic places, etc.
