Holiday rentals with a patio in Kiaracondong

The first time we entered the room, it was magical. The room was clean and fresh and smelled so good (not to mention the aesthetically pleasing design). That first moment we knew that we love this unit. Guaranteed will be coming back here again when we visit Bandung in the future. Great staff and great host, very responsive and helpful. I have always loved to come back to Bandung since my daughter is going to ITB. The host, mba Sri is responsive and attentive. Place is spacious, very cozy and has all the amenities she listed. It even has saus sambal, sugar, all the cooking utensils, scissors, umbrellas (Bandung can be rainy), down to spare new toothbrush!!!

Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The sheets were fresh and new, adding to the overall comfort of the bed. The entire apartment had a pleasant, inviting aroma that made it feel like home from the moment I walked in. The decor and atmosphere of the apartment contributed to a cozy and homey vibe, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. However, it is worth noting that the building itself is quite old. While this didn't detract from my stay, it is something to consider if you prefer more modern accommodations. One slight inconvenience was the apartment's location. It was a bit further from the main tourist destinations than I had anticipated. This added some extra travel time to my daily plans, but it also meant that the area was quieter and more peaceful, which was a plus. Overall, my stay was delightful. The cleanliness, fresh linens, and homely feel of the apartment made it a comfortable and pleasant place to return to each day.

Overall a great experience for staying with families. The design was so appealing in minimalist fashion. Some detail to improve is the cleanliness (candle in bathtub is a bit dirty from dirt, blinds were stained, etc). With the price range you’d expect to get more amenities (they don’t have lotion or other personal touches).

We love this place! We are stay with 8 adults, 2 kids & 2 babies. The room is neat and clean, the kitchen is 👍🏽, they provide shampoo & shower gel. are having fun with the pool. Melinda is very clear with the instruction to enter the house. We will be back for sure! ❤️

masya allah, the villa is very amazing to be maintained, clean, complete, my family and I really feel comfortable and at home. It's perfect for those who don't like to be at peace and urban hustle.. the sound of crickets and crickets makes you really addictive 😍

the best place to spend your time in bandung with friends or family. literally THE BEST EVER. makes us not want to go out. made a biggest mistake that we only booked just for one night🙃🙃🙃 should’ve booked for 3 nights or more hahaha

Staying here honestly felt like visiting a beloved aunt or a distant relative—you get that warm welcome right away and never feel like a stranger. The place is super clean, cozy, and just has that “home” vibe. The host is the owner and was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Also, if you’re bringing pets, this place is amazing—my three lovely dogs was so happy here, one of them didn’t even want to leave! 🤣 Would love to stay again for sure. Nice place to sleep and not to far from the toll road. The room its not perfect but its still comfort to stay. they just had 1 AC in living room, but its still cool when you sleep. The bed is oke. Many convenience market in the ground floor. The sofa is to dusty, i think must be vacum the sofa and the water is to small from the shower, i think must be change the shower The hosts told me if the room will changed to other unit before i paid, so please chat before you book. Overall is oke, especially for you who dont like the traffic jam in Bandung. Thumbs up 👍👍

We stayed at Mr. Prasha’s place—it was pretty spacious for a family of four, clean, and felt just like home. The location is in Simpang Dago, super convenient and close to everything. He also replies quickly to messages. Thanks a lot, Mr. Prasha!

It was extremely easy to get in and communicate with the host. Overall, I had a short yet pleasant stay. The property has a balcony with a pool view, a super comfy bed, free snacks and drinks, a nice color palette, and direct access to Netflix. If you plan to explore the upside of Bandung, Sheila’s place is a good option!

Absolutely loved my trip as this airbnb was a highlight of my time with my friends. Place was great, I spent 90% of my time in Bandung sleeping on the couches and watching Netflix. Host was also super helpful and I was able to get early check in and late checkout too.
