Apartment holiday rentals in Kiahuna Beach

Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view. We had great communication with Huma and no problems getting access to everything at the resort. We appreciated the little things - like plenty of hangars in the closet and an AWESOME beach umbrella and set of beach chairs. It was very clean and dry. The bedroom can be a little hot if you don't open the window (which is facing the exterior walkway to and from other condos, but there wasn't much traffic). Other guests were pretty quiet and friendly. This is a wonderful rental within walking distance of central Kapaa. Would love to stay here again.

Que dire… nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans ce lieu paradisiaque, bercer par l’océan et parfaitement situé sur l’île. L’endroit est paisible, beau et le logement est impeccable, fidèle aux photos et nous avons clairement manqué de rien. Le marché de Coconut a 2 pas et les supers restaurants également à côté sont un vrai plus. Nous avons vraiment adoré, Enas nous a donné toutes les infos et a toujours répondu rapidement. Voilà, merci encore, dommage que ce soit à l’autre bout de la terre pour nous, car nous reviendrons assez vite sinon !

We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing—close to everything we needed. The condo itself was very nice, with a spacious kitchen and a clean, nice bathroom that made our stay extra comfortable. Having easy access to laundry was super convenient—just note that the machines are coin operated. Parking was a little tricky at first, but Krisy responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, we really appreciated staying here and would happily recommend it to anyone!

El departamento es realmente increíble! Cuenta con todo el equipo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones recorriendo Kauai. Los interiores, la decoración y la limpieza del departamento son excelentes. Vale la pena cada centavo, volvería a hospedarme sin pensarlo. Rico & Cinzia siempre fueron muy atentos y estuvieron pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesitamos! Excelente apartamento!

We had such a great time here! The location in Kapa’a is perfect—right in the middle of the island, so it was easy to explore both the north and south shores and Waimea Canyon. The nearby Coconut Marketplace is convenient, and I recommend the Tuesday and Thursday farmers market in the parking lot. We grabbed local produce, bread, and butter mochi, and the kitchen was just the right size for making fresh meals. The place was clean, nicely updated and cozy and comfortable home base. We slept well. Allen was super friendly and responsive leading up to our trip, and even gave us a quick call to make sure everything was going well. We also appreciated having beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and even a cart—it made beach days super easy. As a younger couple, we loved the slower pace and small-town feel of Kauai after being in Honolulu for a wedding. Nothing felt too far away, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy and convenient spot. We would book again!

I probably do not have enough characters to list all of the great things about staying here! First off, you are right on the water and the rocks keep people from hanging out in your view, so you can listen to the gorgeous, fairly large waves in peace. The closest beach is on the highway, but I noticed there is another beach within easy walking distance. Walk past two driveways and you will see a somewhat hidden “beach access” sign near a one way sign. The unit was clean, the kitchen is gorgeous and I loved the art they had hanging. The air conditioning in the bedroom kept the room very cool and comfortable. The other one did a pretty good job, too. We overheat easily, but we were comfortable. This location is great because you are midway between the two end-of-the-road points on the island. There are lots of places to eat. If you want to save some money, the best grocery prices we saw were at Big Save.

It's apparent this property is meticulously cared for and maintained. This is clearly not a typical "full time rental" but someone's home, rented on a part time basis. We would have no hesitancy staying here again or recommending to friends.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Kiahuna Plantation! Die Anlage ist traumhaft schön, sehr gepflegt und liegt in einer ruhigen, aber zentralen Lage direkt am Strand von Poipu. Unser Apartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet – ideal zum Entspannen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große, grüne Gartenanlage und der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Kauai. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Klare Empfehlung🌺😉

This place is fantastic! It is large with two patios which is great to have the options depending on where the sun is. The surrounding area is beautifully maintained and the neighbors were polite and quiet. Poipu beach can be seen from the patio and is less than a 5 minute easy walk, where you pass by beautiful flowers and plants. It's a magical walk with all the pretty plant life. Also within walking distance are restaurants.

We loved our stay at Sunset Kahili! The ocean view was stunning, and the condo was a short walk to Brennecke’s Beach. Lisa was kind and very responsive. Great location for exploring the island. We’d definitely stay again!

From the booking until our departure, we appreciated Kiana Kai's clear information and responses to questions. The location and property were described accurately and clearly. We were pleased with how quickly our very few questions were answered. Our stay could not have been better! We will recommend this host and of course will continue to rely on Airbnb when traveling away from home.

This condo at Kiahuna Plantation was excellent for our family (two adults and three older teenaged children 19, 16, and 13) for our first trip to Kauai. The set-up of the second bedroom with a bunkbed and one other bed was great for our group. The kitchen had what we needed for dishes and cooking supplies for preparing breakfasts and lunch food before exploring the island. We enjoyed the clean and updated living space and deck/balconies. The condo was a comfortable home for our week in Kauai. The hosts were responsive. Check-in and check-out were easy with clear instructions. It was all positive. We recommend the hosts and this condo. We also enjoyed having access to the Poipu Athletic Club across the street as part of the amenities for morning workouts, shooting hoops, etc. The whole Kiahuna Plantation area was really nice and well-kept--especially the lawn and beachfront area on Kiahuna Beach, which also has walkable access to Poipu and Brennecke's Beaches nearby.

I stayed at Jared’s place while back home on Kaua‘i for a funeral, and it was exactly what I needed. The rate was fair, and the North Shore location was peaceful and perfect—close to everything important. The unit was clean, well-stocked with all listed amenities, and even included a few thoughtful extras. Check-in was smooth and clearly communicated. Jared was kind, responsive, and respectful throughout. Mahalo nui loa, Jared, for sharing your space and making a difficult time more comfortable. “He lokomaikaʻi ka manaʻo” – A kind heart is a noble virtue.

One of our favorite units in Kiahuna and we will come back again and again. Tastefully remodeled, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped.

Larry was kind and immediately responsive when I booked in, last minute, for an overnight stay. Such a gift. The place is adorable- clean clean clean! Very compact but the lanai is large. Larry has supplied what you need - it does the trick!

Perfect location on the north shore and great parking. We really appreciated having a coffee maker in the room and a few beach towels to use. Cute little lanai, too. Thank you for sharing your space with us! :) Aloha.

Great location. South and North accessible easily. Lot of close by options for food and restaurants. We had a nice balcony with sea view. Nice to get up just 10 min before the sun rise to enjoy the sun rise and go for a walk along the path way. The gardens are emasculate. The pool is open from 8 am to 10 pm, great to relax in the hot pool after long hikes. Parking was a breeze. Best part was the super comfortable bed and pillows!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. We stayed here for the last couple days on our trip to Kauai, and we really loved that we got to stay on a different part of the island. Princeville was such a beautiful area/community.

Got great deal compared to other hotels nearby. The room had fridge, kitchen and all utensils! The room even had little ocean view. Was fun!

The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, especially noteworthy were the beach items available: beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, body boards, and more! Perfect condo located in Princeville! This condo was in a great location that was close by to everything (restaurants, beaches, Hanalei!!!) but still very quiet and relaxing. The bed was very comfy and kitchen was the perfect size with everything we needed. There are food trucks to walk to, and this was a beautiful place for walking with stunning views. I will definitely be coming back here and would stay in this condo again :)

Brittany’s studio is beautiful and comfortable, it had everything we needed and what we did not think we needed. I am awful at reading, or not reading, instructions or directions. She was very helpful. Her place is only a 15min. drive to Hanalei, where some family and friends were staying. It was perfect. I would definitely go back to her place.
