Overall, a good stay in a nice location. The place is comfortable and the host was helpful. Just a tip-don't rely fully on Google Maps (as it will suggest you to enter in the town from wrong entrance); first enter the town then google map is good. A few small improvements would make the experience even better: there was no cable or YouTube access on the main floor, which would've been a nice touch. Also, the kitchen could use a deep clean. Still, it's a solid option for the area.

The host was very responsive on any information we needed Mahmood Chacha the butler was extremely helpful in getting us anything we needed from the nearby markets I would definitely visit again

I am from Singapore and Visited Chitral I felt at home during my stay and he guided from another city, followed up on my arrival on routes, and time of arrival, assisted with rental car pickup at the Airport, and above all Mr.Anis is the Best and Very Friendly and resourceful Host. Will Recommend his place to Every Other Patron and I will Visit Again to his place.

I had a great stay at Fakhar's place , everything was as he described and shown in pictures. The place was clean with all the needed amenities and the view was great, the only issue was the Internet little slow other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Everything was good Staff gave the good treatment Room was also good.

Pros: - Fantastic service. Rizwan was very responsive during our comms, he provided clear instructions, travel advice and went the extra mile. - Very accomodating host, despite having an almost fully reserved place, he arranged our accommodation as per our requirement. - The housekeeper was very efficient and friendly. - It is located in a nice secluded place, just the right distance from the main bazaar so that you don't get the noise but are still able to get anything you need from the shops. - Please keep in mind, it is not a hotel. It is a value proposition offering a private accomodating at very very reasonable rates so please bear that in mind. Cons: The road from bazaar up to the actual place is a bit rough but definitely do-able.

I had an amazing stay at Ahmed's apartment in Murree. Ahmed was very prompt in his responses and made the booking process smooth and hassle-free. Asif, who manages the property locally, was extremely helpful, responsive, and considerate throughout my stay. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. However, the best feature by far was the balcony, which offered stunning views of the valley – a perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Murree for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

I had an Amazing stay at Berverlly Hills Residenties, I would recommend it to anyone searching for a quote and private location. Views are breathtaking. Great host very flexible and accommodating nothing was too much for Majid A gentleman and a scholar would recommend his house great safe location and local amenities are a walk away No negative whatsoever and majid and his assistant are always available if needed

Great place! It was clean and the view is great from the terrace and rooms. The access was easy and the host was accommodating. The helper was also accommodating. The place had good facilities however microwave oven wasn’t provided.

Had a great stay with my friends, the place was spacious, clean, easy to locate and had great views. The caretaker checked in with us many times and made sure we had a very comfortable stay. He even got food prepared for us that was amazing!!

What a fantastic little place to stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and the market nearby has all the basics. Within walking distance are two very good parks, perfect for a stroll or light hike. The villa itself is super clean and has everything you need for a longer stay - well equipped kitchen with a gas hob and oven, fridge and freezer. The living room, bed rooms and washrooms were all clean and well-maintained. I felt right at home. The owner and his staff are very easy to communicate with. I would definitely love to visit again!

He prepared both dinner and breakfast, and every dish was simply delicious — fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. His hospitality and warmth added a very personal touch to our experience. From the stunning surroundings to the impeccable service, everything about Timbergrove Cottage exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in the hills.
