a beautiful place to stay with friends and family. in the jungle. you can relax and feel the nature. very friendly people and I would always come back. we loved it.

Dick and Wan, along with their delightful pets, were truly exceptional hosts during our stay. Their hospitality and warmth made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location of their place is fantastic, offering both tranquility and convenience. The peaceful ambiance, coupled with the charming garden, provided a perfect retreat after our days exploring the nearby beaches and restaurants. One standout moment was when my partner needed an X-ray and Dick and Wan went above and beyond to help us hire a taxi. Dick's fascinating stories added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay, making our morning coffees memorable. Overall, our experience at Dick and Wan's place was nothing short of amazing, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

It was very quiet, nice stretch of beach. Restaurant on site, otherwise you have to rely on a scooter.

Une belle expérience sur l'île. bungalow rustique chez l'habitant et isolé des resorts en bord de mer qui défigurent le paysage de l'île. nous avons été très bien accueillis. les petits déjeuners sont délicieux. Merci pour avoir arrangé la location des scooters directement sur place et pour le prêt des masques de plongée. convient parfaitement aux familles à condition de ne pas avoir peur de l'isolement et du bruit des animaux de la forêt la nuit!

This place is absolutely magical! The lovely owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. She is an amazing cook, and she also creates beautiful handmade items that you can buy right here on the farm. The accommodation is a traditional wooden Thai house with a cozy veranda. There’s no air conditioning, but you won’t need it—at night, it is pleasantly cool and comfortable. Electricity is available for a few hours in the evening, and during the rest of the time, there’s a solar power bank in the house, which is enough to charge your phone and gadgets. The farm is deep in the jungle, and the house is tucked away in a breathtakingly peaceful spot, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. It’s completely private, making it a perfect place to connect with nature, meditate, relax, and just enjoy the serenity. If you want to explore the island, you can rent a motorbike directly from the farm. I absolutely loved my stay here! A huge thank you to the wonderful host for creating such a special place 🩷

Very glad to have stayed at Ao Phrao resort with Krittika. She was very kind and responsive. She helped with directions to the resort. The place is very good as well. Nice people, good food, everybody is considerate and polite.

The first best decision I made was visiting Koh Kood, the second best decision I made was staying at the Pink Kangaroo Bungalows. Dick and Wan are incredibly warm & welcoming, provided great local recommendations, and even checked in on me as a solo female traveler. The bungalow was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed beautiful views. They are also located in a great location - very close to great restaurants and beaches, and are tucked away which gives the feeling of privacy among the surrounding nature. The on-site cafe was lovely and I looked forward to coffee and toast each morning. They made renting a scooter very easy with minimal hassle. On top of everything, I got to enjoy some nice conversations while enjoying morning breakfast. Can't recommend this place enough, and hope to be back!
