Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Khlong Sathon

It’s a great place to stay. Only one problem: when it’s raining, because of the material of the bathroom roof, there’s noise. Even you close the door. So unless it’s rain season and you’re a light sleeper, it’ll not be recommended, otherwise it’s a perfect place.

Best place to stay. Host is very kind and accommodation. Fixed the property in a such a way that we feel at home.

A rare find for a bustling Bangkok city. we found the space oddly located but at the same time exciting as you almost feel at home. As some had mentioned the home is next to a highway, but it is entirely private. zone out in the pool and just feel being part of the city. we even got coffee from the local aunty around the corner! we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is big and beautiful with lots of room. The host was always responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The water pressure was good and the AC is cold. The washer was a bonus. We can definitely recommend.

Dreamm’s listing was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood. Great amenities, washer and dryer was a plus. BTS station is an 8-10 minute walk. An abundance of stores and restaurants within walking distance. 24 hr. 7-11 store is a 5 minuet walk. Some of my personal recommendations would be, take the hop on hop off boat and the 4 hour bike tour. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Dreamm’s place. She was a very responsive host. I highly recommend this air b&b and will return.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Aim's Airbnb in Bangkok! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was more than enough space for our group of three. Aim provided very clear and detailed self check-in instructions, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. He was also very accommodating of our requests, like allowing us to drop off our luggage early since we arrived before check-in time. The location is excellent as it's close to the main road but still quiet and peaceful, with a 7/11 and a spa just around the corner. Plus, the BTS is only a few minutes’ walk away, making it super convenient to get around the city. Even though we didn’t meet in person, Aim was a fantastic host—always responsive and generous with recommendations for food spots and things to do around Bangkok. I would definitely love to book with Aim again in the future. Highly recommended!

I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

I had the pleasure of staying in this condo for 3 months and loved every moment of it. First- the hosts are the best team of hosts I’ve ever had on here. Always kind, responsive and helpful. Second- the condo is beautiful, looks just like the photos, was spotlessly clean, had every amenity you could think of needing (air fryer, hair dryer, etc.), and fantastic WiFi (500+ MBPS fiber) which made working remotely very easy. They even provide local snacks 🤤 I was here during the earthquake and the hosts communicated important information and the condo was safe and withstood the impact. The only negative I had here (this is beyond the hosts control) was being right by the pool often led to loud kids and guests every day between 4-7 PM. This made my pre work nap (I work US hours overnight) somewhat challenging. I recommend being ear plugs. That being said I will stay in this unit every time I visit Bangkok. A fantastic experience. My second stay after one year. I love the quietness of the place, the comfort and spaciousness of the room, the free washing machine and dryer service. Although a bit ‘secluded’, there’s plenty of restaurants, convenience stores less than 7’ away. Probably my fav place to stay in BKK, very recommended!

I can’t say enough how gracious Oil and his wife were. He communicated from the day prior all the way up to meeting him at the location. I have never seen a host so involved in guest check in and the experience had me shocked. This is a super host. Adding the location was great and walkable to many activities I enjoy in Bangkok. I will stay here again and usually never stay anywhere more than once. The space was clean and had everything you would need, also a gym and pool on the roof amazing.

Can't complain about anything. Everything was perfect. The apartment is comfortable, nice, well equipped. The location couldn't be better. It's near a central BTS station, so you can get pretty much anywhere in the city while avoiding the traffic. And there are great places to eat around. Host responds very fast and they provided clear instructions. Very helpful and friendly.

Amazing place in an amazing location! Super calm place in the middle of the busy centre. Loved it! Communication was super easy and the airbnb was very clean. Will 100% stay here again when I’m back in Bangkok!

Great apartment, with everything you need. The gym and swimming pool on the 49th floor are really amazing, with incredible 360 city views. B has been super nice and helpful, providing tons of good tips and adresses. The location is also very convenient, next to a BTS and MRT stations: perfect base for exploring Bangkok.

One of the best accommodations I’ve ever tried, clean, quiet, and worth every dollar. The host is super helpful and always responds within a short time.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

Very central accommodation with great support We had a very enjoyable stay! The location of the accommodation is super central – perfect for exploring the surroundings. Communication with the host was very friendly and straightforward from the beginning. She was always available.

Great stay here, had everything we needed. Gym very minimal, weights only up to 10kg but was better than nothing for us. Location wise, to note, you’re in a quiet alleyway- just for solo travellers to know. Pool was great, restaurant in the complex was a lovely surprise and we had an amazing breakfast! They sold water there too. Host was super helpful and friendly, rooms were great and easy access for food delivery and taxis. Would stay again if in Bangkok!

Absolutely loved our stay for 7 nights, at Mayflower house apartment. The rooms were very spacious, well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The Mayflower apartment is in an excellent location with only a 5 minute walk to Nanna Bts, with many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Khomsan, the property's owner, was extremely helpful and was easily reachable, his response to any information we required, was prompt and efficient, extremely well mannered and easily understood, a positive mention to his staff as well, all very polite and helpful. I highly recommend Mayflower apartment, and look forward to staying there again soon.

Highly recommend Mark’s place to stay!!! Not only is the place amazing, great location, but he was also super responsive, hospitable AND went far and beyond to welcome us with water and goodies ready at his place when we checked in. Cant go wrong :)
