Great experience in Pattaya B&B, the host couple is super warm, can communicate in Chinese ~ The host couple is a perfect example of a host, and the wife's warm smile at first sight instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey.Thoughtfully provided ice water and instant noodles, the check-in process was simple and fast, patiently guided throughout the process, and meticulously explained the surrounding food, drink, and entertainment information, as if we were friends from afar, not just guests.We encountered questions during our daily interactions and travels, and they responded enthusiastically to our questions at the first opportunity, which made us feel reassured. The homestay itself, the pool is super photogenic, and when you step into the room, a warm and cozy atmosphere welcomes you.The layout of the room is clever, the use of space is reasonable, and every detail reveals the host's care.🈶Table games, billiards and mahjong!The furniture is exquisite and of high quality, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the room decoration combines local features with modern design, the color matching is harmonious, and there is also a panda tree in the room!Fill the entire space with an artistic atmosphere, and every shot is a masterpiece. Here, we not only had a comfortable stay, but also felt the enthusiasm and care of the host couple.I highly recommend this homestay to every friend who comes to Pattaya, I believe you will be as intoxicated as we are with the warmth and beauty of this home!

This is a small paradise. The sea view and sunset are very good. The local restaurants around are restaurants. Supermarket Lotus is 2 minutes away. There are more than 100 stores that sell various items such as seafood, meat, and vegetables at the traditional market 7 minutes away. I'll go to this accommodation 100% the next time I visit Shiracha.

it's not huge but well laid out with fab views of the town and beach. the building is great and the rooftop pool is spectacular

Our stay was a home away from home. The host was very responsive. This a location perfect for a family or a quiet getaway. You are have 5 minutes away from traditional Thai/Korean/Japanese family run restaurants. Also 15 minutes from malls and sriracha nightlife. If you need to go to Bangkok (1 hour away) or Pattaya (25 minutes), it’s very easy to navigate to toll road. This place is basically centrally located if you need to go in any direction. Keep in mind this is not in the city but you are close enough to anything you want or need to do. Highly recommend a car or at a minimum motorbike. Just want to give the security guards credit for being very friendly and helpful. Overall if you are in town for business it’s a great place. It’s a modern Thai house with western enmities. The price is accurate for the space and area.

A lovely place to stay that is peaceful outside the bustle of Bangkok city, the on-site Onsen is so good and much apprecaited. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Thank you so much for your beautiful condo, I can say this is one of the best Apartment in Pattaya with a beautiful view looking through mountains and the beach. The house is very very clean and they have all the utilities in the kitchen since i have to cook breakfast every morning for my son. The host is very responsive and fast response. My son had an accident and went to emergency hospital for stitches and the host really cared about my son's situation. The host asked me how my son doing 2 days in a row. Thank you so much for your kindness and the hospital recommendations. This apartment is very recommended for you guys to stay, especially it fits perfectly if you bring your children with you. Thank you so much once again for your hospitality. I hope we will come again soon and stay in this apartment ☺️

This place did not feel like an Airbnb or a hotel. There were no foul smells or anything putting off. It felt great, and temperature in late November was 20C at night. The property is very well taken care of despite some abandoned green houses,you can walk around in flip flops between the bamboo and palm trees which is rare for Thailand. Overall this place exceeded my expectation of a country side retreat which I dearly miss from home country. The owner and his son are some interesting characters whom if you are lucky enough to spot teleporting (especially the father, he is very quick) around the property can tell you a lot of interesting details about the farm and provide some cultural insight. Our check in and check out was very smooth,easy with clear instructions. Recommend this place.
