Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Khem Beach

The view is absolutely breathtaking, all rooms is having a seaview facing the main stage! The bedding, fridge, sofa, air conditioning, and balcony are all impeccably clean and in excellent condition. The host is taking good care of us 247 (which is unexpected in airbnb). The property is exactly as depicted in the photos, including all the decor and stunning views! The host is incredibly supportive and responds promptly to all requests, whether it's airport transfers, luggage arrangements, buggy within Sunset Town, motorcycle rentals, or tickets and tours. Everything can be arranged through the host at very competitive prices and super high-speed, often even better than those found on Google! The host's warm and welcoming service made our trip completely hassle-free!

great location for people who want to spend time near hon thom cable car and kiss bridge... good for all cuisines except..for Indian food and vegetarian food which was not at all available near the place....

Amazing stay. I don't have words to describe the beauty of ocean and kiss bridge view from our balcony. feeling so lucky to stay in this room. Airbnb Agent Tasha was very much co-operative. Eirlys(host) welcomed us when we reached the building . Also helped in island hopping booking and transport within the city. Very responsive. Totally worth every penny we paid..even more than what we paid. Highly recommended. will visit again - Raji (from India)

Bis auf den Fehlstart am Anfang, hatten wir eine außerordentliche Zeit in der großzügigen Wohnung. Unsere Wünsche wurden beachtet und respektiert. Auch Miss Nguyen war ständig erreichbar wegen allen Anliegen und Aktivitäten. Sie hat für uns den Abholservice vom Flughafen und zum Flughafen organisiert. Ich kann euch die Seilbahn und den Wasserpark sehr empfehlen. Der Nachtmarkt war immer den Spaziergang wert und hatte zahlreiches Essen im Angebot. Die Wohnung war neu und die Aussicht vom Balkon war atemberaubend. Der Blick vom großzügigen Pool hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Das Feuerwerk jeden Abend um 21:30 Uhr zu erleben war jeden Cent wert. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an das Team und einen besonderen Dank geht an Miss Nguyen. Sie verdient eine Gehaltserhöhung für ihre großen Mühen. Viele Grüße

Nice view of the fireworks every night. Not too far walking to cable car and restaurants. Apartment was clean and has a big TV and good internet. The ladies that checked us in were super friendly.

The place was very clean and neat. No clutter and good decent bathroom. Amenities provided were as mentioned in the listing. The view is amazing. Great spot to watch the 9pm Kiss of the Sea fireworks and waterworks show both from the balcony and bedroom. They had a built-in cloth hangar in the balcony which was very helpful along with the washer that was in the unit. They provided only body wash and shampoo. Bring conditioner for the warm weather if you are staying here. They have 24 x 7 marts on the ground floor of the building. Food options are limited in May. Unsure how it is in peak season. The Night Bazaar has decent options. Commuting is a challenge if you do not rent a bike/car. Walkable distance to kiss of the sea show, kissing bridge, symphony of the sea, but you must be good at walking and hiking stairs.

Хозяин шикарный, всегда на месте (в этом же здании). Седьмой этаж, вид с балкона — то, по чему, по большей части и выбирал. Видно ежевечернее лазерное шоу и фейерверк (и, к сожалению, слышно тоже, так как там ещё и в течение дня репетиции постоянно устраивают, за 5 дней, что я был мог уже наизусть выучить :). Саму сцену, впрочем, не видно. GrabFood доставка в том районе не работает, так что еду нужно ходить искать ногами. Рестораны на берегу готовят хорошо, но сервис так себе, цены европейские. Есть, впрочем, небольшие и недорогие местные рестики, а при наличии транспорта можно и проехаться за едой. Канатная дорога в 5 минутах пешком. Может это сезон такой, но в январе народу прям очень мало (что плюс, как по мне). В описании присутствует «стиральная машина», но по факту отсутствует, предлагают забрать/увезти/постирать/вернуть. Я как-то свои носки-трусы привык сам стирать, так что данной услугой не пользовался. :) В холодильнике присутствовал welcome drink: вода, кола, пиво, free.

일단 방구석1열로 불꽃놀이를 발코니에서 볼수 있어서 프라이빗했어요! 아이들을 데리고 간 여행이라 나가서 보기는 힘들었거든요:) 거실이 없다는 점을 도착해서 알아서 좀 놀라긴했지만, 넷플, 유튜브도 티비로 가능해서 아이들이 좋아했어요 모든게 좋았지만 수압이 많이 낮아 샤워하는데 불편했어요!

Great location - easy stroll to anywhere in sunset town and amazing view of the harbour, including the light show! Little supermarket just across the road is handy. Sunrise views from (one side of) the rooftop. Rooftop pool was clean and has amazing views - there were some construction works around the pool but this didn’t cause any problems for us. The apartment was as described and was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and he responded quickly (note that for us this was all in Vietnamese).

The villa we originally booked was not available so they put us up at another villa in Premier. It was beautiful and we had an amazing time.

저렴한 가격에 이렇게 좋은 숙소를 만나게 되어 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 푸꾸옥 일정 중 한국에서 미리 준비했던 투어들이 갑작스럽게 취소되었는데, 호스트 Pho님께서 여러 가지를 적극적으로 알아봐 주셔서 큰 도움이 되었어요. 덕분에 가족들과의 여행이 더욱 뜻깊고 즐거운 시간이 되었습니다. 숙소는 정말 깨끗했고, 큰 방이 두 개나 있고 각각 화장실과 에어컨이 설치되어 있어 매우 편리했어요. 무엇보다 공간이 독립적으로 잘 구성되어 있어 조용하고 여유로운 여행을 원하시는 분들께 특히 추천드립니다. 야시장까지는 택시로 약 20분 정도 걸리며, Grab 택시도 아주 쉽게 잡힙니다. 친절한 호스트 Pho님께 다시 한 번 진심으로 감사드리고요, 이 리뷰를 보시는 한국 분들께 자신 있게 추천드립니다. 고민하지 마시고 꼭 예약해보세요! 정말 마음에 쏙 드는 숙소였습니다 😊

We spent excellent 5 nights in Phu’s villa, it is definitely the best villa I ever live. The villa is exact the same as displayed pictures on Airbnb. And it is the perfect option for family. We go swimming everyday in the private pool. The host is always helpful to support us in organizing breakfast and daily care. And they are very kind to offer late check out time for our family. The only drawback is no much food option and grab delivery nearby. But the villa is closed to sunset town(15mins) and sonasea market (5mins) by car. In a nutshell, I strongly recommend this villa for a family trip.

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. Nice modern villa in a quite and secured neighborhood. Host is very helpful, enthusiasm and fast response. Nga offered us free Airport picking up when we just arrived. Her co- host: Bao is very nice and helpful, he owns a seafood restaurant in town, with a lot of delicious Vietnames food. He delivered food for us eventhrough it was late at night. We definitely will come back to stay at Nga's villa on our next trip to Phu Quoc Island. Thanks lot to Nga and her staff.
