The villa is well located, close to Cicada market and restaurants. The house is large and comfortable. Pattarin is a very responsive host.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Karn and Karn Resort in Hua Hin, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a serene location, the resort perfectly balances relaxation and accessibility to local attractions. Accommodations: The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a blend of modern amenities and traditional Thai charm. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the private balconies provided lovely views of the lush gardens. Facilities: Karn and Karn boasts a beautiful pool area that is perfect for lounging under the sun. The resort’s gardens are well-maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated house. Every corner reflects a thoughtful and personalized touch that made it feel more like a home than just a rental. The decor is charming, full of light, and very tastefully done — clearly curated with care and attention. It’s not only beautiful but also practical: everything was easy to use, well-organized, and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming space, with personality and warmth! And walking distance from the beach and restaurants! We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!

Super received by Rene and Phikul, flowers fruit coffee and bread were already prepared and after the necessary information and explanation of the accommodation, hot food is also arranged for us. During 5 weeks of our stay, Rene reached out regularly to make sure everything was okay. What was also great was that we were invited to a brunch on Sunday morning at a Swiss restaurant. By the way, my wife is in a wheelchair and this was also thought of by making a driveway to easily enter the house. As far as we are concerned, we were very satisfied and thank you again. A truly wonderful AirBnB experience. Communication from the beginning was proactive, easy and welcoming. The house was amazingly clean, it is very well set up and welcoming - we felt comfortably at home immediately. The location is peaceful and relaxing yet very accessible to explore with many cafes and restaurants about. The co-host and her husband are great and helped use settle in and they were always available to help, offer advice and give suggestions. We do look forward to returning. With many thanks.

Our stay at Deepak's was great. From the moment we arrived, we felt very much at home. The condo was exactly as described in the listing and the photos accurately represent the beautiful condo. The lazy river swimming pool is massive and we enjoyed walking through and exploring the resort and seeing the beautiful homes and lush tropical foliage. The fact that is is next door to the Hua Hin Sheraton Resort & Spa only enhances its appeal. The Sheraton is a beautiful resort with great amenities and a great beach to enjoy as well. We loved Deepak's place and cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Hua Hin. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed perfect for relaxing. The private pool and garden area offer a great level of privacy, and the villa is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host and villa manager was smooth, and they were always available when needed. Highly recommended!

A great villa in a quiet location around 15 minutes drive to the centre of Hua Hin. The pool and gym in the complex are around a 2 minute walk away. The hot tub in the villa wasn’t in working order for us as wasn’t heated and no bubbles but it’s a nice feature if working. The air con works great also and keeps everywhere cool

Absolutely perfect place to stay for a family. Aircon throughout and felt like a proper home. Emaculate and high spec build with fantastic swimming pool a few steps from property. High speed internet and great TV. Definitely 10 out of 10.

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.
