Family-friendly holiday rentals in Khanom District

Absolutely superb stay I’ve already made enquiries to stay again cannot fault anything great equipment in the kitchen comfy beds amazing Pool. Private, outside area, washing machine. Would 💯 % recommend to anyone especially large groups. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and use your amazing villa it’s be fantastic 🙏

I have stayed in 3 different villas in this area, villa cocoon is by far the best ov the 3, it’s absolutely stunning inside and out, it’s easy to get to up the hills, which was extremely important to us as a family with children,the views are breathtaking, the pictures you see ov the villa do not do it justice, it’s very tranquil up there, as soon as you arrive you are welcomed by the host Yumi, she’s an amazing lady, always there for any help or advice you need, she watts app you every day asking when she can come to clean, do we need anything, wishing us a nice day, yes Yumi deserves a lot ov praise, I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to my family and friends. We as a family ov 6 will definitely be back to spend further holidays at this villa.

I’m very happy stayed here… i was surprised villa as seen like pictures and helpful Staf all standby for serve us like family, the villa also near the beach and James recommended us the food of restaurant also very good, me and my friends stratified and welcome back again… thanks Audrey and James

Lovely villa, as described. Accommodated nine (4 adults 5 children youngest four years old) with a bedroom to spare. It felt very safe and secure. Pool is great, lovely breakfast is included daily. Private chef Nittaya cooks excellent Thai and European food and can be booked for lunch and dinner. She will buy ingredients and cook what you wish. James will look after you, arranging taxis, outings etc. Thank you, we would have stayed longer if we could

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Unsere Villa war mit allem ausgestattet, was du für den täglichen Bedarf brauchst.  Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden für den gesamten Zeitraum kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.  unsere Villa hatte einen 4 × 8 m Pool der zweimal  in der Woche professionell gereinigt wurde. Nina und Valerie sind sehr zuvorkommende und  liebe Gastgeber. Du fühlst dich bei Ihnen sofort wie in einer Familie aufgenommen.  Wir waren dort zwei Monate und wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben hätte es unser Urlaubsplan ermöglicht.  Auf dem Grundstück befanden sich drei Hunde, die sehr lieb waren.  Sie bewachen dich und das Gelände und du brauchst keine Angst vor ihnen zu haben, denn sie beschützen dich und du fühlst dich von Anfang an dort sehr sicher und wohl. Das Grundstück kann nicht ohne weiteres von fremden betreten werden. Es ist durch eine hohe Mauer geschützt. In der Anlage ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben in den Morgenstunden die Vogelstimmen genossen. 

Excellent place to stay. Lots of room. It is away from the action, but easy to get around using Grab. Eric was very accommodating and communicated well.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Julia. The villa is just as you see it in the pictures on the listing. We are a family of ten, aged 11-85, and the villa was perfect for us. Spacious with lots of family space to sit together, inside and outside. The pool was great for our four children and enjoyed by all the family. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable, with en-suite for each bedroom. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. The added bonus was the amazing service from James and the team, who were so kind and helpful, quickly responding to our questions and requests. James organised airport transfers, taxis, restaurant bookings and trips. James is kind and caring and a real attribute to the villa. We had the chef service for our first evening and breakfast the first day, then another meal. It was delicious. But quite expensive compared to eating out. The villa is very peaceful but a little off the beaten track, so recommend car hire to get about.

Diese Unterkunft war mehr wie wir erwartet haben. Nicht nur, dass man herzlich und persönlich (aber trotzdem flexibel) in Empfang genommen wurde - wir hatten den Transfer mit gebucht - wir wurden auch mit zusätzlichen Infos rund um versorgt. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte ist zusätzlich zu dem professionellen Umgang mit uns auch die einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gästebetreuung. Wir waren etwa eine Woche vor Ort und obwohl es wirklich ausreichend Handtücher gab, wurde die Unterkunft inklusive Pool 2x gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Darüber wurden wir vorab via Messenger-Service informiert sowie die entsprechende Uhrzeit kommuniziert. Es war einfach, unkompliziert und wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Mit Roller ist alles einfach zu erreichen, aber auch für den ersten oder den letzten Tag kann man problemlos das Nötigste zu Fuß erreichen. Taxiservice usw. wird außerdem von der Unterkunft angeboten. 100% Empfehlung - wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful holiday at Chaweng noi villa The villa is in a quiet and secluded location. That said, there are plenty of activities and the beach close by. The house itself is beautiful. Large bedrooms and clean pool. Very pleased with the owners Yuri and Lana they were very helpful. 5/5 recommend!

We spent 3 weeks at Jana's villa and it was absolutely fantastic. Clean, modern, spacious and private, with amazing views over the ocean and access straight on to a beautiful, quiet beach, absolute paradise! There was the most helpful staff on site everyday, early morning to evening, to clean the villa and provide great food and drinks at the small beach bar/restaurant right next to the villa. If you want to eat and drink in the privacy of the villa, no problem at all, the ladies will prepare and then serve for you wherever you wish. Such nice people. Fantastic massages available whenever you wish, either in the villa or on the beach, Nok the therapist was a genius. We went on several unbelievable island boat trips with Jana's son Martin who has his own boat, unforgettable experiences and would highly recommend, such a great guy and always around to help. Perfect beach for young children, such shallow, clear and warm water, protected by a reef not far from shore, so really calm and safe. Communication with Jana beforehand was excellent and also on hand throughout our stay to answer questions and give really great local recommendations. A really nice lady who makes such a big effort. We found an absolute gem with this villa located in such a peaceful, natural and beautiful part of the island. We will be returning in the near future for sure.

I’ve had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of the island, but still close to beautiful beaches and waterfalls. The surroundings are stunning, so many butterflies and a very quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Very kind staff, and the tie-dye workshop with the host’s mother, who is truly lovely, made the experience extra special.

Très joli cadre arboré bien entretenu et très calme, avec une belle piscine et une grande terrasse autour ainsi que des douches, des toilettes et un sauna. Maison, et cuisine, bien équipée, avec une terrasse abritée. Mikki/Mikko (le propriétaire) très agréable et serviable. Le seul bémol, être motorisé.

We absolutely loved this place. It was exactly what we needed. Huge private beach, gorgeous gardens, quiet surroundings. If you want to actually relax and not be mixed in with a party crowd on Samui, this is the perfect getaway. We almost extended our stay, because we liked it so much, but we had work and animals to attend to at home. It’s also cool that this place is flexible with its accommodations and that they can host up to 12 people. Well worth the money we paid. Also, worth noting that there are two support staff members on premise. They are extremely helpful and friendly, and even did some of our laundry. I have stayed at other villas before but the addition of staff makes this place extra special.

Great property, fantastic hosts !

I rented out both units for my mother and I for a period of 2 weeks. We enjoyed the location as it was calm and peaceful. As others mentioned, you can hear some of the night life at night but a good pair of ear plugs can help. The weekly cleaning service was superb and the welcome snacks were a lifesaver after traveling 17 hours. Water was provided and very much appreciated! The plus side was having the restaurant next door that was beyond affordable. Highly recommend staying here.

Thomas was a proactive host. He communicated with me months, weeks, and days leading up to my stay to ensure that I had everything I needed. His staff was very attentive to my needs. Tony & his team always found me cost saving alternatives for any of my requests. The chef was amazing!!! I definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything.

excellent place. we loved our stay. the house is big enough and we had what we need to spend many days. the nature around the house is beautiful. we felt in home. there a few restaurants around, and some supermarket/mini market close to the house. the beach is 10-15 min walking the main lamai main center is 40-50 minutes walking. there are also some bike rental places closer we will definitely come back.

Words can not describe how much we enjoyed our stay in Poy's villa. The view you have from each room of it is just breathtaking. You feel like living in the middle of nature while staying in an secured villa park and you can see how much love is in every detail of the house what makes it even more fantastic to stay there. There are so many places to enjoy the sun and even the sunset that we did not find any other viewpoint in Koh Samui that impressed us as much as our balcony! We would definitly recommend it to everyone, it is more than worth a stay, it is a must to stay there if you are in Koh Samui. (and it is not booked yet :D) On the lower hill there are some nice Thai Restaurants with even nicer people, where you can have some Thai and international food. Even a supermarket is close by, so you have everything you need. But you should definitly rent a (strong) scooter or motorcycle or 4* 4 car to climb the hill and get wherever you want. On Top of the house you get more as a host. Poy was awesome! He got a friend while our stay there, showing us everything we need and giving us some nice tips where to go and what to do! :) Communication and organization went perfect all the time and he was more than you could wish from a host! Thank you Poy, for the great time and for letting us dream in your villa! It was a real plasure! We would definitly come again! :)

Orawan ist eine freundliche und professionelle Gastgeberin. Jeden Tag würde gereinigt und Wasser und Kaffee zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach toll gewesen und wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

I chose this place mainly because there is a Kitchen and Lamai is my favorite place in Koh Samui. Luckily there was a huge terrace with a fantastic view where I spent hours every day watching what happened in the lush nature. I like the ocean, but the infinity pool was fantastic. I had it all to myself for hours most days...floting on my air mattress watching the incredible view. The best supermarket (Makro) on the island is just around the corner. You need a scooter to get around. Rental is cheap...but be focused when driving. 3 minutes to Lamai beach and less than a minute to Makro supermarket.

Love this home. Super chill place to relax and nice setup for a family vacation with 3 separate bedrooms. Nayssa was super helpful, and beautiful :)

alloggio splendido, camere da letto molto funzionali, salone ampio e cucina ben fornita. area piscina molto confortevole. con pochi passi, ci si ritrova nella via principale, dove trovare di tutto e di più, spiaggia raggiungibile altrettanto facilmente.

La dame de l’accueil était très accueillante. On est arrivé en avance elle a libérée la villa plus tôt pour nous. Elle nous a même gardé nos bagages pour qu’on puisse visiter. Parfait merci beaucoup !
