Holiday rentals in Khanom District

This is a small beach side resort. Our hut was perfect in every way both with creature comforts as well as views. Only steps to the beach and fantastic beach bar to enjoy a namesake Margarita or two. Nice food at the restaurant too. Make sure to arrange transport to and from as there is nothing close by that you can just grab. Daniel helped us with our transfer arrangements which was invaluable.

We can't say enough good things about our stay with Thanyanan at Ban Thanyanan Resort in Khanom. We were fortunate to get of of the 3 villas for our 28 day stay as we enjoy being able to cook some of our meals. Our host occasionally took my wife into town to do some shopping at the local market and the Lotus grocery store which was a great help. Later we learned we could order from Lotus and they would deliver right to our villa within a day. We enjoyed walking to a number of different restaurants in the neighbourhood, many within 5-10 minutes. The pool was a real bonus. We went for a dip every day and enjoyed playing cards out in the shaded area beside the pool, listening to the birds and enjoying nature. Na Dan beach was just a 5 minute walk away. Our villa had everything we needed and was very clean and well kept. Thanyanan picked us up in Khanom, made us delicious mango sticky rice, and really looked out for us. If you're looking for a place to totally relax, this is the place.

Thanyanan’s place is absolutely wonderful! Our bungalow was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, spacious living area, comfortable bed and a lovely porch. The pool area and grounds were very well looked after with many shaded areas to sit and relax. Thanyanan’s place is well situated; it is a short walk from the beach (200m) and a short bike ride from the centre of town (2km). Thanyanan is the definition of a superhost. When we first met her she showed us around the property, had placed fresh fruit in our refrigerator, took us to a local restaurant where we had lunch and then took us to a grocery store to get provisions. She provided us with bikes to use for the duration of our stay and was always available to offer advice, recommendations and arrange excursions. She took us to the night market, brought us treats from the fruit trees in her garden, made us homemade specialty treats and some traditional homemade authentic dinners for us to try. Thanyanan made our stay most memorable and we look forward to our return next winter.

We were very pleased with our stay. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and helped us with problems immediately. The place is really fantastically beautiful and I can also highly recommend eating with the hosts,there is a delicious breakfast offer and dishes for lunch or an early dinner. The place is a little quieter and perfect for relaxing with a great pool and the beach outside the door. If you have an insect phobia, I would rather recommend one of the other apartments there such as the igglousels or one of the small bungalows,as a bug can crawl in at the wooden huts. But if you go to glaming, you should expect something like this and it's definitely not a shortcoming.

If you're looking for an oasis of peace and quiet, this is the place to A scooter can be rented for a good price to explore the surrounding area. The long beach is great for walking. Marco and his wife are warmly lovely hosts. The apartment or cottage is super modern and cozy. I felt completely comfortable.

We stayed at Villafarmsuk for just under a month with our dog, the tinyhouse is just like in the photos, very welcoming and clean and pleasant to use, especially the garden in the evening. Marco and Kan are helpful and truly exquisite people, they made us feel at home. Khanom is a little gem apart from it is super worth it.

A place with such magic that I can find myself. Describing it as a dream place is little, but it is not for everyone, you have to be satisfied, it is a place for travelers not for tourists but if what you are looking for is adventure, serenity and Peace this is the right place.
