We spent 3 weeks at Jana's villa and it was absolutely fantastic. Clean, modern, spacious and private, with amazing views over the ocean and access straight on to a beautiful, quiet beach, absolute paradise! There was the most helpful staff on site everyday, early morning to evening, to clean the villa and provide great food and drinks at the small beach bar/restaurant right next to the villa. If you want to eat and drink in the privacy of the villa, no problem at all, the ladies will prepare and then serve for you wherever you wish. Such nice people. Fantastic massages available whenever you wish, either in the villa or on the beach, Nok the therapist was a genius. We went on several unbelievable island boat trips with Jana's son Martin who has his own boat, unforgettable experiences and would highly recommend, such a great guy and always around to help. Perfect beach for young children, such shallow, clear and warm water, protected by a reef not far from shore, so really calm and safe. Communication with Jana beforehand was excellent and also on hand throughout our stay to answer questions and give really great local recommendations. A really nice lady who makes such a big effort. We found an absolute gem with this villa located in such a peaceful, natural and beautiful part of the island. We will be returning in the near future for sure.

Lovely villa, as described. Accommodated nine (4 adults 5 children youngest four years old) with a bedroom to spare. It felt very safe and secure. Pool is great, lovely breakfast is included daily. Private chef Nittaya cooks excellent Thai and European food and can be booked for lunch and dinner. She will buy ingredients and cook what you wish. James will look after you, arranging taxis, outings etc. Thank you, we would have stayed longer if we could

We stayed here for 20 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Joy was excellent, super nice and helped us sort things like a ped to get us around for our stay. It is very quiet and in a peaceful area with a couple of places in walking distance. Other than that you would need a ped or car to get around. I lost my phone in the sea on the beachfront to the property. Her husband and son went out of their way to find it for me. Luckily for me they came back with my phone 3 days later still working! Some things needed a bit of tlc. Such as the beach maybe cleaning up a little. But other than that the place was great!

Super Unterkunft um schnell im geschehen zu sein und die Insel zu erkunden! Die Häusschen sind sehr süß und eher traditioneller. Preis Leistung ist echt top! Wir empfanden es etwas zu laut, aber die vielen Katzen in der Anlage waren ein großes plus! Unser Kind hat es sehr geliebt. Die Betten waren uns zu hart und auch warm Wasser hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, war bei den Temperaturen aber nicht so schlimm. Wir haben vor Ort nochmal verlängert, ohne Probleme! Klare Empfehlung!

The property itself is perfect but the housing estate where the property is located is a bit abandoned, otherwise the property would be a perfect 5 stars.

Ich war vier Wochen in der Villa und es war Entspannung pur. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Der Privatstrand ist sensationell und einzigartig und zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Mit einem Lieferdienst kann man sich alles mögliche sehr schnell direkt in die Villa liefern lassen oder man geht von der Villa direkt mit dem Taxi in eine andere Location - das war sehr komfortabel. Der Standort der Villa ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, ich habe es sehr gemocht und kann es weiterempfehlen wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Der Pool und der kleine Gartenbereich um die Villa herum gibt einem Luft zum atmen und man fühlt sich nicht eingesperrt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wäre gerne noch geblieben. Its a spacious and nice bungalow connected to at great hotel. The service was excellent, and the restaurant at the hotel was also really good. Our kids loved the pool and used it all the time. The hotel sells cannabis (legal and all) and the lobby smells like it, so if you have a problem with that, this might not be the place for you.

Loved staying at Sopoppys Place. Room was nice and spacious. Basic but all we needed. Really awesome location. Close to night markets. Heaps of yum dinner options. Cheers

Ruhige Gegend, zentral und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Pool schön und sauber.

Просторный дом, отличное месторасположение, для передвижения по острову необходим транспорт.

Aufenthalt war sehr gut, ganz leichter und flexibler Check in und die Gastgeberin war immer übers Telefon erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Zimmer wurden täglich gesäubert und Wasser etc. Wurden bereitgestellt Pool war auch super und wurde täglich gereinigt. Gesamter Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr gut haben nur gute Erfahrungen mit der Unterkunft gemacht.

Der Gastgeber hatt uns ein Mietauto organisiert, dies hatt perfekt geklappt und wurde uns am Flughafen übergeben/abgeholt. Traumhafte Aussicht, perfekter Pool, perfekte Reinigung alle paar Tage... Alles in allem würde ich wieder hier Buchen.

Annick's place was very nice with a great view and private pool. She was a very nice and accommodating host. Would stay again.

За садом и бассейном персонал следит каждый день. Ощущение чистоты и ухоженности пространства. Есть шампунь, гель, мыло, ватные палочки. Кухня укомплектована, есть всё чтобы поддерживать чистоту. Удобная постель и бельё. В каждой комнате есть фумигатор от москитов, безопасно. На веранде красивая мебель, мы наслаждались уединенными завтраками, которые готовили сами среди птиц, пальм, цветущих деревьев. Соседи со всего мира, очень приветливые, хозяева поддерживают дружественную атмосферу, вы сразу чувствуете себя частью дружественного сообщества. Многие признались, что планируют путешествие под свободные даты, чтобы остановиться здесь. Есть отличный, чистый бассейн, несколько шезлонгов с зонтами. Пара минут от красивого пляжа Lamai. Каждый дом часть общего ансамбля, живая изгородь и пение птиц!

Great spot. Right on the beach. Rooms are nice and cool and everything is updated and feels clean. Only thing to note is that you are above a bar which plays loud music. Jaymes reached out beforehand to confirm that we understood that. We had a great time

Everything was perfect. The host was very nice and helpful. We could not find the bungalow with the adress from the insertion from airbnb but it is easy to find if you use the directions from the host. I think the bungalow was more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Fascinating and beautiful villa placed in a quiet place far away from noisy streets. Perfect for family staying with kids. Lovely private bay with amazing sunsets. Special thanks to administrator Tony and team of the villa, which made our stay unforgettable supplying us with delicious meals cooked on site and personal recommendations and tours given by Tony. Would be glad to stay here once again next year!

Property is steps from the beach. Nice home with all you need for a great vacation. Location requires transportation unless you stay home. Many restaurants surround the property. Moped rentals are available. The host was extremely responsive and assisted whenever necessary .

This has been the best of many Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. The grounds are beautiful, it’s quiet, peaceful, the home is stunning and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful with local recommendations and tips. It’s located in a good spot if you’re looking to walk the beach and find random places to stop and eat at that are right on the beach. It’s walkable to some of the local shops as well. There is a place two houses down the road that rents bikes and runs tours. I would highly recommend to rent a bike or moped while there, it makes getting around to other parts of the Island very easy. They do drive on the left hand side of the road in all of Thailand so be ready for that adjustment. I got used to this in about a day of riding around.
