Good, clean apartment, looks exactly as on the photos. Lots of small marts on the first floor. Very responsive and friendly host.

I recommend this apartment to everyone. Linh and Khanh were very responsive. They provided information quickly to questions before booking. Check-in is usually self-check-in, but I was worried, so when I asked, two people came to meet me and explain the room. They were also quick to respond to some of our requests during our stay. The location is great, right next to the famous Dom Market, and there are lots of cheap and delicious restaurants nearby that locals go to. It is also about a 15-minute walk to the supermarket Lotte Mart and the Nya Chan Center. There is also a view of the sea from the bedroom, and the view from the veranda is also the best. The facilities were still new and the dishes and bedding were very clean. The only regret was that the cloudy days continued and I couldn't fully enjoy the best views. Next time I'd like to come in a season when the weather is more stable.

Great place, great host. Nice pool, and view of the water from the balcony. Everything well provided for if you wish to stay longer, or do some cooking in. If you choose to stay here, important you are 5 /6 Km from the heart of Nha Trang. Rental of scooter or Grab resolved that situation easily enough. However the benefits is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood,especially idyllic early in the morning. Three pretty good restaurants, a convenience store and small supermarket a short walk away. Kyothu and Sam were super. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very central location for restaurants, etc.There are frequent events at the nearby plaza to watch from the balcony, but you have to be ready for the music they play.

Nice spacious villa with private pool and good infrastructure, location is far from the city and ideal for families who wants to be away from NhaTrang city hustle and bustle

Villa should stay when coming to Cam Ranh My house consists of 3 adults 3 children staying 1 night but feel very satisfied from the friendly service, free noodle egg food ready. The house is clean, spacious and beautiful design, the swimming pool at the villa is convenient for children to play, the big pool outside the sea area is very nice. Convenient location to the sea and golf course. Quiet area to stay. Families with their own car, or renting a car here is very convenient. The host was very accommodating . Gd has stayed here many times , and will definitely come back for the thoughtfulness of the host!!!

The place was as it was described. The help took care of a lot of things. It was a really nice stay. We came as a group of 9 and really enjoyed the place.

lovely place, away from the main tourist strip, very serene(but close enough if it's your vibe). Tien and her Mom are lovely. excellent communication, and the place is a super quaint vietnamese traditional house. Do yourself a favour and stay here!

It was the best vacation of the entire trip to Vietnam! The house itself, the grounds and the owner turned out to be fantastic. We shot with archery, paddleboarding, every evening the host cooked us a delicious dinner, you can order natural coffee/juices on the territory. And most of all - that there is no grueling heat, and a fresh and pleasant climate. We plan to come again for our birthday! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

ky is a great & polite host, I really enjoyed the apartment, loving living like a local. there are 4 big flights of stairs up to the apartment which my mother did struggle with. I think that this needs to be clear in the listing for others to see. 5 stars all around

Really good place to stay in Nha Trang. It’s in a good location, in the middle of everything. Also next to the night market. The room was clean and spacious and had a huge bathtub. 10/10

I had a wonderful stay ay Ninh's apartment in Nha Trang! It's located right in the city center so all of the cafes, bars and restaurants are just a stone's throw away. The beach can also be reached within a 5 minute walk. The most unique thing about staying here though, it that you'll get to feel like part of the family. I would practice Vietnamese phrases with Ninh every day when we would see each other in passing. On my last day, I had long conversation over tea with her husband using translator apps and our limited knowledge of each other's mother tongues. I even made friends with other tenants staying in the building because of the close family atmosphere!

It had nice scenery and good access to the beach and restaurants.

We booked because of the terrace and the view and were delighted that they were even better than the photos. The terrace is fantastic and we loved being out on it. The apartment is very clean with big, comfy beds. The host was very responsive and quick to help with any problems. We recommend this apartment.

The Amelia Apartment is very nice and comfortable to stay. Quiet area. A lot of sunlight in the room. Kitchen has everything to cook your own food. Comfortable bed. The photos match the real apartment. The host is always responsive and helpful. Definitely we will come back to this place. Recommended.

Queen always responded so quickly. She tried her best to help us. It was good experience to stay at Condotel but to use the hotel’s facilities, we had to pay extra and some was limited. Other than that, the place itself was good and the location is close to the city so it was very convenient.
