the only Negative was the price I paid, but that was due to the last minute decision of next day. But the host does offer a fair rate for advanced booking. Don't let the Location out you off either, yes is far, but in Phnom Penh you will find it hard to get peace and quiet and beautiful view at the same time. Personally, you shouldn't take my view or advice on this accommodation, you should just book it and see it for your self.

The host was very responsive to our requests and changes even it was last minute. The house is situated in a gated community with safe surroundings. It had all the amenities and filtered water for a comfortable stay. There was no toiletries, but we brought our own.

Sarin and Chef Nak were absolutely fantastic hosts! They were super responsive, told us which places to visit within Phnom Penh and also helped us hire a car to get around. One thing to note is that if you plan to go into the city often, the journey can take around 45 mins to an hour, given that the car has to cross a stretch of water by boat ($2 each way). In conversation, we mentioned to Sarin and Chef Nak that we are vegetarian and they were so considerate that they helped us buy fresh vegetables and even prepared a lovely welcome breakfast. Their place was perfect for a short and relaxing getaway, and the house itself was stunning. The only slight drawback was due to the heaters being solar powered, we didn’t really get much hot water for showers. All in all we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Sarin and Chef Nak :)

Great place! This is a new, well maintained and comfortable building with excellent amenities. The apartment is one bedroom, one bathroom and one living room. Everything feels new and clean. The pool and gym are first-rate. The hosting is friendly, thoughtful and helpful. This is excellent value. The only downside is the location, which across the river from town in Chroy Changvar. It is a 10 minute taxi ride to town, and there's really nothing nearby. That being said, I would definitely stay there again.

The place has a stunning view. It’s clean with complete amenities to enjoy your stay. Easy access to gym and pool. Market is right around the corner, you can buy your ingredients and cook if you’re lazy to go out. Lana is approachable and super nice! My friends who worked in Phnom Penh loved the place too and they plan to stay there too.

So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

The place is great and very well equipped. I had a long stay (close to two months) the kitchen had everything I needed, including cleaning supplies. The host is kind and quick to respond and everything I needed was sorted quickly. An additional thing I really liked is the little store inside the building, it has all the basics and sometimes even serve dinner. The gym and pool are great as well.

Aily and So were both amazing hosts. We felt safe and right at home. The location is amazing and had lots of restaurants close by for a quick meal. Very accessible and easy to find!! Would definitely recommend

This was a good stay for me and my family, there are plenty of rooms, and enough space for the kids to play. There is also a small playground nearby, and a Dinosaur park that is free on Friday-Sunday. The location is good, a Starbucks and some restaurants nearby, and the main part of Phnom Penh is just over the bridge about 10 minutes away. The house was clean, some cobwebs but very clean for Cambodia. The main issues I had were with the Wifi, which usually was fast but often cut out and interrupted video calls I was on. Also, the air conditioner for many of the rooms was not cold enough. If these two issues were taken care of I would definitely return. The communication was great and they went out of their way to help out.

Lovely big flat, in a nice quiet location. Sophat was great at communicating with us, and accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night. Thankyou!
