Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Key Biscayne

The Airbnb was exactly as pictured—peaceful, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Angel sent clear and detailed instructions before my arrival, making check-in super easy. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. When an unexpected issue came up, Angel was very helpful. He’s kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about his guests. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Lesliet’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. From the thoughtful touches to the peaceful atmosphere, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Cristina’s place was lovely! We really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub and really got a lot of time to relax! She was responsive and more than helpful! We traveled with a toddler and she had a pack n play and a highchair for us along with recommendations for child friendly activities!

We stayed at Janet’s place from 6/11/25 - 6/14/25. Janet is very sweet & responds quickly to any messages that I sent. Her home is conveniently located near shops, the grocery store, many different eating places which we walked to & its super close to the airport. Her home is very nice & the small touches that she provides to her guest are really sweet & special. I love my coffee so that was one thing that was provided that I truly appreciated! My bed was so comfortable that I wish I could have stayed in it much more than I was able to. Her kitchen has everything that is needed to cook (I don’t cook 😂) but for those who do it’s perfect. I loved the front porch seating area but alas it was too hot for us to sit outside. Miami heat is no joke! We were just coming off of a cruise & asked to check in early & Janet accommodated. This was a one time stay in Miami for us but if I were to ever come back I would definitely stay at her house. Janet’s kindness was exceptional.

Don’t even know where to begin! Our best Airbnb experience! The photos of the home were accurate, it’s just as beautiful as pictured. HOWEVER the grounds on the property were way way prettier than pictured! It really felt like having your own private park! Everything was so well thought out, and communicated, it really was a perfect stay. My only complaint about the experience was having to return to our home afterwards!

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Can’t say enough, good things about this house. Beautiful location, squeaky, clean throughout, plenty to do. Wasn’t sure about staying on a lake in Florida because of possibility of alligators. This lake is one of the cleanest lakes I’ve ever seen. We swam, we used their kayaks, and spent a whole day just floating out there. It is also a very quiet lake at least as long as we were there. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, and asked if we should go get some and within an hour, they brought them to us. Service was outstanding. If I ever go back to Miami, I am definitely coming back here.

Basia was wonderful! She was very responsive to all of my messages and very friendly to message with. The home was beautiful and squeaky clean. My family thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. There was also plenty of room inside for all four of us to have some quiet time to ourselves. Our trip was very relaxing - just what we needed! I highly recommend visiting this home if you are in the area!

Had an amazing stay here, couldn’t have asked for much more! The host was incredible, always checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The room is very modern, very clean and super spacious. The area is gorgeous, super peaceful and walkable and so close to the beach. Food in the area is pretty expensive but it’s Miami, we expected it! Uber to get into downtown, airport or up further along Miami Beach is super easy and cheap! Maintenance was also super friendly and helpful on the one request we had about the safe not working. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Miami!!

I loved this Airbnb, has been my favorite so far. It is very modern and clean! I enjoyed my stay and loved how everything was walking distance! The amenities were wonderful. The host was very communicative and responsive, I enjoyed my vacation and hope to be back soon!

Right from when we booked Cinthia's place, Cinthia was very helpful and responded very quickly to my messages / questions and requests. We were at the air bnb for nearly 3 weeks and therefore, we made ourselves at home. Throughout our stay, Cinthia continuously replenished the usual toiletries. There were plenty of towels and linen for use. The flat had plenty of space and what we loved was the walk in closet which also accommodated our suitcases comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so that if need be we could cook. The flat was equipped with a washer and a dryer as well as a dishwasher. What I loved about Cinthia the most was she was very accommodating and had a hand held steamer for my use. The flat is situated in a 42 storey building with a good and well equipped gym, a swimming pool and a sauna & steam room. Location of the building is superb in the up and coming Brickell area with ample of good restaurants around.

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful space. Amazing building in Brickell, in my opinion the most awesome space in Miami

10/10 . Amazing property right in the middle of everything . We walked everywhere . There’s a publix , 7/11, mall , movie theatre , liquor store , and tons of restaurants all within walking distance . The amenities were nice as well especially the pool. Room was spotless and extremely cozy. Felt right at home . This airbnb is worth every penny . I can’t wait to go back !

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Enjoyed our stay so much in Anna’s Miami apartment! It was just what we needed with the two beds in the guest room for the kids and the separate master bedroom. The view from the kitchen/living room is beautiful! We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace having our morning coffee and also watching the moonrise over the water at night! Anna met us downstairs at check-in and helped us get into the parking garage and into the apartment. She made what could’ve been a difficult check-in seamless! She gave us recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment and showed us around the apartment to make sure we had everything that we needed. She was also super responsive during the week if we had any questions. Couldn’t ask for a better host! We were able to walk to several nearby restaurants in the area without having to move our car which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area!

The apartment and the host's service were absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The pool, spa, and gym were all beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in Miami!

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

I had. a wonderful stay at Nick's Place. The place was everything I expected and Nick had to be one of the best host. I will be back for sure in the future.
