The place was beautiful. There was a little noise from the other unit next door but was easy to tune out. The place was cozy and peaceful. Nice to watch the rain through the big picture windows. Had dishes, cooking utensils and towels. Great to have a washer/dryer to use. Near two nice beaches that you could walk to. Great to have wifi capabilities. Had a nice two burner cooktop and small fridge. Definitely a place to keep on your list to stay.

This building is in an absolutely stunning location, right overlooking the creek and walkable to the waterfront and dozens of restaurants, shops, etc. Very cute outside balcony/deck to sit and watch the creek. It’s a bit of an older building, so some sound does carry a fair amount. We lessened that by rolling up a towel (of which there were many provided) and using it to cover the bottom of the door. Stuff was functional, like a good tv and decent stove/oven and kitchen area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed several days and especially appreciated the central location and ease to wander around Creek Street and downtown. My dad lives close by and it was ideal from that perspective. It was easy to get in - just be aware that you need to climb some stairs to get to the suite I was in on the third floor. I slept well each night and the shower was hot and clean. I’d stay again.

Great place, location, and host. Place was clean, comfortable, well equipped, had an amazing view of the water, and an easy walk down the hill or stairs to town. Mindy was great- very responsive and helpful. We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb and other rentals over the past several years, and hers was one of the best! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful remote southeast Alaska waterfront home

This was an amazing experience for the whole family. Mark and Miriam were so great with helping us plan our daily adventures. We had a great time fishing, hiking, sea kayaking and so much more. They were fabulous hosts and I would highly recommend them to anybody.
