Everything was perfect the house can accommodate 12 people and still comfortable. really fun for gathering. the owner was really helpful and friendly with us showing around their beautiful house. hope one day will come again and stay in the future.

We were the first Japanese guest group to stay, and we had a very comfortable and pleasant time. Although the light bulb in the master bedroom wasn’t working, we were truly impressed by how hard they worked to resolve the issue. Thank you very much!

Right in the city, near to all things including few minutes drive to Beach, and good food nearby. Having pool and BBQ equipment is a plus. Recommended for family staycation.

Comfortable and clean house. The area is a little quiet but there are no issues. Close to the beach and dining. Will revisit if I come with big groups!

Nice stay for our group. The bathroom is a squat toilet and didn't have places to hang clothes, which is unexpected but it works fine. Good deal for the price for 6pax, but could've been nicer with heater and WiFi. Host is very accomodating with our early check-in and our extended stay.

The house is just 4 minutes from Teluk Kalong Beach.. really recommended for family that plan for a short trip and not so crowded places.. the owner also respond quickly and welcoming.. will repeat again if go to Kemaman..

We had a fantastic stay at Ann's cozy and comfortable Airbnb in Cukai town, Kemaman. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect — close to town, shops, and a great variety of local food spots. It was also conveniently located near attractions like Pantai Mak Nik, where we got to experience turtle watching — a real highlight of our trip! Ann was also very responsive and gave us many good recommendations for great food and local attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, peaceful stay with great access to local experiences. We’d definitely come back again!

Overall is very good .. nice place.. privacy n peaceful.. a few parts - this is suggestion for improvement if possible to put air conditioning at hall.. wifi.. to check clenaing regularly on cutlery sets … Overall I’m very satisfied especially the owner is very helpful and cooperative.. thanks
