Family gite in peaceful area.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Charming fully-equipped apartment in the heart of town in a bourgeois house sheltered from view (50 m from the central square with its shops, restaurants, bars… and 10 min walk to the TGV train station). Full of charm with a wood-burning stove, it is very comfortable and cozy. Ideal for couples with 1-2 children. Two sleeping spaces upstairs under the eaves free street parking and also in front of the house's iron gate. Opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with a bench on the porch

We had a lovely stay in Saint Laurent. The hosts are welcoming. The house is large, each couple has their own bedroom. Everything is tidy and clean. The environment is quiet. Accessible only by car. We have access to "tourist" places in a short time by road 30 min to Paimpol, 15 min to Guingamp, … Nothing to report in particular except that it was perfect! Very pleasant accommodation, quiet in the Breton countryside and with a very nice garden. The interior is comfortable and there is nothing lacking in equipment. Good communication with the host and very good hospitality! If we like cats you will be delighted because they are not greedy 😁 The Breton coast is not far so it's convenient to visit the surroundings!

Laurent and Martine welcomed us very warmly to their beautiful home. A very functional, modern house with beautiful decoration, fully equipped. Very accommodating hosts. I would recommend it in a second. Thank you Laurent and Martine for your hospitality.
