We truly enjoyed the relaxing weekend at this beautiful inn. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and shared great local information and recommendations. We would be happy to visit again if we have the opportunity.

Sherry was very responsive prior to and during my stay. Private room and space was clean and exactly as described! The location was perfect for driving in and out of downtown Cincinnati.

Beautiful property nestled in the heart of horse country. It looks like a set from a movie, everything is so picture perfect. Friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond.

Sherry did a great job in providing breakfast items and sufficient room for my additional food. Everything was very clean and items easy to find. Communication with Sherry was always clear and prompt. Parking was very convenient in front of the house.

They stayed up super late to make sure they were able to greet me and show me around. I loved the personal touch.

A wonderful place to stay. The building and rooms are beautiful and quite private. The food is excellent and the staff are incredibly accommodating. If you plan to visit the Cynthiana, KY area I highly recommend staying at the Ashford Acres Inn.

Great place! Clean, close to mammoth caves, full of history! Yummy pancakes and waffles. Owners are very friendly and happy to answer any of your questions!

Art on High was a great spot for me. Easy to find and just a block away from Main St. I loved being able to meander through the quaint downtown so easily. The room and especially the bed were very comfortable. Bear in mind, this is a very old house and is a work in progress, so the creaky floors and squeaky doors are part of the charm. I wish the patio had been available, the weather was perfect and it would have been nice to have a place to sit outside. Once that area is finished, this will be the perfect place to spend a weekend!

Suzann is a great host and her home is lovely. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Kris is so warm that I immediately felt welcome and knew her home would be a happy place. Her house very peaceful. In fact I spent a rainy day reading and enjoying my own hobby (exploring puzzles) while she went around her own business. I felt comfortable enough to share a night out for dinner with her - I will remember it fondly.

Main Street B&B Was a great historic place to stay. Our room upstairs was so cool with tall ceiling and exposed original woodwoork of the over 200 year old home. She was friendly and talked about how she came about the bed and breakfast. Breakfast was very good, home cooked and we enjoyed the family style dining treatment. Hoping to stay again as we visit the area on occasion.

Such a beautiful place and a great location. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well decorated. Newly remodeled and very private. The entire house is super nice. There where other guests there during our stay but we hardly saw anyone! Quit and peaceful. Outstanding value as well! I would highly recommend.

Stephanie stayed up super late to greet us after a very long delay due to the horrible weather on our arrival date. Even with the power outage, she had battery operated lights out for us. The communication was fabulous, she replied to all my questions & concerns.

Beautiful home and grounds surrounded by lush horse farms… A piece of Heaven! Amy greets us with a warm welcome and tour of the space, it was impressive. In the morning we awoke to fresh brewed coffee and a chefs breakfast of eggs Benedict, absolutely yummy! Over all it was one of our favorite air bnb’s and an exceptional value!

This is a beautiful place to stay with wonderful hosts! It was quiet and the breakfast was delicious! Shelley is a wonderful host and Jonas always answered quickly when we had questions. We would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future!

We booked the bed and breakfast last minute. How lucky were we to still get a room here! Sir Kenn was super nice and accommodating to any of our requests. Then he made us the best breakfast and even brought it outside to the pool where we enjoyed a quiet morning:) highly recommend this place.

Can't say enough good about Kathy and her place. Perched on a slope with a beautiful sunset view from her wrap around porch (i sat on the swing bench and worked on my laptop). I got up earlier than normal for my 4 days there - every morning she was up on time with a different breakfast every morning. Her place is meticulously maintained and housekept. Gem of a place!

We were hosted from the very start of our 1:45 AM arrival. The breakfasts were great, we never left the table hungry. We were Airbnb super hosts, for a few years, so we know what to look for in a host. Tina and Oscar, are excellent hosts the best we experienced thus far.

The house is absolutely adorable-warm, inviting, and impeccably kept. But what truly makes this place special is the couple who runs it. They are the sweetest, most welcoming hosts you could ever hope for. Every little detail, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the lovingly prepared breakfast, reflects how much they care. Speaking of breakfast—it was fabulous. Fresh, delicious, and made with love. I left feeling so refreshed and pampered. If you're looking for a peaceful, heartwarming place to stay, this is it. I can't wait to come back!
