Hosts were incredibly responsive & informative and the house was absolutely perfect. It is a beautiful property stocked with many things most rentals wouldn’t come with. The dock worked out perfect for our group, and it even had a lift. I would recommend this property to anyone, and Neat Suites was easy to work with.

Loved this place for a women’s conference. Lots of parking. Jeremiah was very responsive with any question we had and always friendly. Great space for the 16 of us and comfy beds!! Near the train but it never bothered me nor any of the other ladies… and I’m on the lighter sleeper side.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Seth’s property. The location is quiet and peaceful and the views were gorgeous. Seth was incredibly responsive when we had questions and he helped us trouble shoot and rectify a couple of issues we had during our stay. I appreciated his attention to messages and clear communication. I would absolutely stay at any property Seth manages again in the future.

The home was beautiful and there were lots to do around the home. I definitely recommend this to anyone in the decision making process of booking this place!

Amazing place in an amazing location !

We stayed here for our wedding and it. It was such a blessing to have the house across from the reception. It was very clean and the amenities were amazing. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Mount Adams

From booking to checkout, our experience was absolutely fantastic. Jeremiah was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The home itself was spotless, very comfortable, and felt just like home. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, making it perfect for our group. The location was ideal — just a short drive to Great American Ballpark, which was the main reason for our visit. It’s also conveniently located near great restaurants, major highways, and the airport. Overall, a very positive stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Cutest decor. So unique. Most import thing... the beds were clean and comfortable! Easy access to Cincinati, but Covington was packed with restaurants too.

Great stay, came for the Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati. The place was exactly as described and clean with all basic amenities. 10 min drive to downtown Cincy, great grocery store a 5 min walk, cafe, distillery, fuel, etc. Quiet neighborhood too.

The location was excellent for a family trip to the Newport Aquarium and Cincinnati Zoo. We had enough space to gather on one side for family dinners. Host responded quickly. Great restaurants in the area. We had Goodfellas pizza as recommended by the host. Highly recommend!

Jeremiah’s place was perfect; eclectic & charming! It was a fun spot for a quick getaway. The location was walkable to shops and restaurants. Dined at Boca which was less than a 10 minute drive and so delish! Loved everything about this cute hotel & room! Hope to come back again soon!

This is our favorite place to stay in Cincinnati. The view is amazing, check out the rooftop deck for sure. Edward's places are always very very clean, stylish and well stocked. Lots of space for all your stuff. Close to CCHMC! Thanks for a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay. The unit was as advertised, well appointed, and was perfectly located to explore the extremely walkable downtown city center and the Over the Rhine neighborhood. Secure offsite parking was great. We were able to park the car and not worry about it. Would rent again.

This place was great to stay at! My only issues with the place was that the upstairs and next door neighbors were so loud so early/late that we had trouble sleeping too well. It is in a busy city location so the sound of cars/people outside also added to the noise, so be aware location-wise. But it was so close to everything we needed and we felt very safe there! The whole place was very clean, but the floors seemed to not be as cleaned as the rest of the furniture for some reason, which I have seen other reviews about. But overall, good price and a nice and safe place that was very convenient, and the host was very responsive and helpful with any questions!

We rented The Red Whale property in Mt Adams Cincinnati, Ohio and it exceeded our expectations. We came from Florida for a family wedding and the unit we were in had a wonderful beach vibe and was tastefully decorated. It was the perfect location for us to get into the city and the bars and restaurants in the neighborhood were easy to walk to. We definitely would stay there again.

Great location. Really clean space looks just like the pictures. Lots upstairs to get to the fourth floor and no elevator but other than that really perfect.

We had such a lovely stay! The apartment is just as pictured. It’s walking distance from several places to eat. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the amazing decor. Wonderful, responsive hosts! Thank you for everything:)
