This gem is located in one of Seattle’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods. Walk along the quaint, waterfront boardwalk to Salty's (temp closed). At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront of our parcel to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. It’s not as large as the pics make it seem but it’s comfortable. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.

Amazing lake view right outside your window! This cozy basement studio has a separate entrance with a view and access to a private lake. Located only 10 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and only 10 miles north of Tacoma. We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater. A retreat for a couples weekend get-away, traveling business professionals or a vacation family that needs a private space to relax.
