Loft holiday rentals in Kennet and Avon Canal

I had a wonderful stay in Jonathan's Under the Eaves apartment with my son. The location is absolutely brilliant, such a privilege to have a lovely place to stay in the heart of Clifton! Jonathan and Nicky were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, and Jonathan was so helpful and responsive during our stay. We would love to come back again one day!

The apple loft is a lovely, little apartment in the middle of an amazing surrounding. The garden is beautifully arranged and invites for peaceful walks. Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful experience visiting family the area and staying here. Professional host and management. My only regret is not being around more to enjoy it!

We had a great experience on our family trip with 3 children. The garden area with playground was perfect for the kids to run off energy in the evening. Communication with the host was great, Joss is very hospitable and kind. The space was clean and comfortable.

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. One of the best aspects of this stay was the location—shops, cafes, and other essentials were just a short walk away, which made everything incredibly convenient. Whether I needed to grab a quick bite, do some shopping, or just explore the area, everything was within easy reach. The host was also amazing—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was clear throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Charles was extremely helpful and patient with all our requests, questions and needs from first contact. The situation is perfect and lofts 6 &7 proved perfect for our family of 9 plus a pug. The whole building is delightful, beautifully furnished and user friendly. For us the 2 kitchens were an added convenience. We would highly recommend to all comers. We met the manager just before departure and she too was delightful. Warm, friendly and soo lovely. She does a super job maintaining such high standards. Fantastic stay in a fantastic place! The Loft was brilliant, everything we needed, private and clean. We made use of the pool, tennis court and gardens every day and enjoyed them all very much. Kingham is brilliantly located for so much in the Cotswolds, nothing more than a 25 minute drive. Owners were lovely and we will be back!

Really central location just off the main streets; spacious and airy apartment, well appointed with good faciliities; nothing not to like

The Loft was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. The space was cosy and very peaceful with a lovely walking trail right on the doorstep, which we used for a short walk into Tetbury. The location was also great for getting to Cirencester via an easy drive. Caron was very friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you for having us, we had an amazing weekend.

The amenities were top notch : the towels were best ever, shower was wonderful and bed linens of the highest quality. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few days we spent in Bristol. Our only challenge was the staircase . Perhaps not the ideal location for older folk.
