Excellent communication super host, very kind and careful host, when I arrived the fridge was full of water milk and all the basic things you need when you arrive. The place is very clean and everything is provided, excellent location, I will definitely recommend this place I will come and stay here again.

It was good to stay, only far away shops

we had an amazing time with the whole family, the appartment was really well equipped and just in front of the swimming pool. Adults and children had a blast. The compound is very secure and we were surrounded by really nice families. The location is just unique, while it wad scorching hot everywhere we had such a breezy month, very helpful when you have heat and sun allergies like my little one and I have. Hicham had been exceptional, from start to finish, he helped with any inquiry and made sure we had everything we needed, thank you so much in behalf of the whole family!

Nothing to say this host really deserves the success in the rental area. Listening, responsive, and accommodating, I highly recommend it to everyone. Excellent place on the seafront in a private residence with a pool, what could be better?

superb accommodation, clean, very well arranged and very well-equipped. the residence is also very clean, quiet and secure, it feels very good and the pool is a huge plus point for children because there are several pools and supervised all day by lifeguards. the beach is within walking distance of the residence. very pleasant family stay for relaxation . Bouchra is responsive to our requests and very friendly.

Great stay. The Riad is beautiful. We had a wonderful time in the heart of the medina. The view from the sea from the top of the terrace is superb. Thank you.

The apartment is huge and very cool, no need for air conditioning, yet it was hot. Sandra always responded to our questions and requests. Very accommodating for schedules, she even sent us a taxi to the airport. The apartment is in front of the medina with all these restaurants and shops. In front of trams, buses, bicycle taxis. The accommodation is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. I would this property. Thanks again to Sandra

good place to spend time with family

This apartment is located in a great area, right next to the train station/many restaurants and a 10min walk to some small shops and a larger grocery store. The apartment is spacious with a full kitchen including a gas stove, large oven, and full size refrigerator. The comfy living room has a nice TV and plenty of seating. In the hallway, there is a half bath, and in the bedroom there is an en suite shower. The bed was okay. The building is really nice and quiet, with elevator. There was some minor issues like slow internet speed and some noise coming from possibly a bird nest near the AC. We told Maxou about this and he offered to come by to check it out. He was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Sandra was super welcome, nice and communicative - a great host! And the building management was also nice enabling us to get in smoothly to drop our bags off early and get the keys. The place is very spacious, great natural light, good to work, eat and relax. Although noisy outside some nights nothing that earbuds can’t help. The beds were comfy and we got to utilize the new couch which was great too. The washer worked well and came in handy for us, Sandra even dropped some washing detergent off for us. Thanks Sandra we would be back again if we’re in Rabat!

Abdelkrim is very welcoming and friendly. Responds very quickly and gives lots of tips for nice places to visit and good restaurants. The place was clean and spacious enough. The beds are perfect! Very nice place - a block of houses with swimming pool close to Plage des Nations. Clean and comfortable. Thanks for great couscous Siham. Slightly isolated from city which may not be comfortable for city explorers.

Very nice apartment, located a 5-minute walk from the beaches of the nations. The apartment is located in a very well guarded residential complex with a beautiful pool just downstairs from the apartment. We were very well hosted by our host and his family. I would recommend this apartment to all those who want peace and quiet and safe
