Surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the Hinsbeck district. Hinsbeck and neighbouring Leuth make Nettetal a state-recognised recreational resort. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. Übernachte auf einem niederrheinischen Hof in unserer kleinen, gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und mit natürlichen Baumaterialien errichtet worden. Eine Terrasse für den Kaffee am Morgen, oder ein Glas Wein am Abend wartet auf dich. Die Picknickwiese im Schatten der Bäume ist ein Ort an dem Kinder unbeschwert toben können. Unser Hof liegt ländlich und lädt zu Spaziergängen entlang der Niers ein. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind wir daher nicht gut erreichbar.

The small house with beautiful old trees (a huge cherry tree, apple tree) is an absolute gem. The location is in the countryside, in peace and quiet. The peace and quiet at night is perfect. In the vicinity, the house is surrounded by horse pastures and fields. The slightly wider area is probably the most beautiful part of the Lower Rhine, thanks to the nature reserves. Absolutely perfect for exploring by bike, directly from the holiday home. The house is very well renovated and in an absolutely new condition. It has been planned and implemented with attention to detail and in a very generous manner. The furnishings are of high quality and in good condition. This gives the house character and style.

The communication in advance was already very pleasant and friendly. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and accompanied to the accommodation. The accommodation was absolutely wonderful, clean, tidy, modern and very well equipped with everything you need. The location and the place were also very idyllic and we had a great stay!
