Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kemijärvi

Merci Katja, nous avons passé deux jours incroyables à Ranua. La maison est très fonctionnelle, accessible. Se lever le matin et déjeuner face a la fenêtre en ayant l’impression d’être au cœur de la forêt, quel plaisir ! L’emplacement est superbe. Merci encore pour le feu de camp, pour le temps pris pour tenter de communiquer avec nos enfants, et pour l’attention que vous avez eu pour eux. Je recommande vivement !

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene da Teemu. Lui è stato molto disponibile e reattivo anche nel risolver qualche piccolo problema. La zona è molto tranquilla e la casa molto accogliente e pulita. Consigliato

Hemos pasado 5 días en casa de Daiva fantásticos. La casa tiene de todo, super cómoda, super cerca aunque nosotros teníamos coche de alquiler. La sauna es un plus,los trineos para los peques otro plus. Recomiendo mucho esta casa y volvería a repetir encantada

Pasi est un hôte très réactif et sympathique, La maison est typique et en même temps très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire, la literie est de bonne qualité et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin dans la maison et à proximité. Nous recommandons et remercions Pasi pour notre séjour.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Alles war genau wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Besonders schön fanden wir die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre – der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Sanna's place is amazing.. great facilities and complete amenities. heated floor. fire place. Sanna is very helpful and fast response when you ask anything. She even have two wall clock. One for the time in rovaniemi, and the other she set it for the time from our country. Don't forget to ask to meet Mintaka the Husky if you get a chance to stay at Sanna's place.

Niedliche, saubere und hundefreundliche Unterkunft mit einem schönen Garten den man mitbenutzen darf. Bei Fragen haben wir immer schnelle Antworten und gute Empfehlungen bekommen. Der Besuch hat sich für uns gelohnt. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind kommen wir gerne wieder vorbei.

Estuvimos con nuestros tres hijos en Semana Santa y una estancia perfecta. Nos pareció que la realidad de la casa superaba en mucho a las fotos del anuncio. Por encima de nuestras expectativas. Urho muy amable, nos recibió, nos enseñó la casa, nos explicó con detalle y nos dio sugerencias locales. La casa muy bien localizada, en calle muy tranquila y con plaza de aparcamiento muy cómoda. Cerca de todo en Rovaniemi y muy bien comunicada para salir en coche. Muy confortable y acogedor, pasamos unos días muy cómodos y como en nuestra casa. La sauna, un valor añadido y una forma de probar costumbres finlandesas La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario, con electrodomésticos nuevos y no echamos en falta nada. Un placer haber conocido a Urho y volveríamos sin dudarlo si repetimos destino!!

Todella viihtyisä, toimiva ja siisti mökki aivan rinteiden ja latujen vieressä. Sijainti silti hyvin rauhallinen. Kaikki tarvittava kävelymatkan etäisyydellä.

Mahtava kohde Sallassa. Lyhyt kävelymatka hiihtoladuille ja lyhyen automatkan päässä palveluista ja tunturikeskuksesta. Modernit pinnat ja todella siisti kohde yhdessä tasossa. Miia viesti ystävällisesti ja vastasi pyyntöihin ja toiveisiin nopeasti.

We had a great couple of days staying at Arttu's place. The place was squeaky-clean, had everything one needs and of course we really enjoyed relaxing in the Sauna after hiking and roaming Rovaniemi all day. Arttu is a very friendly, helpful and proactive host, which made the whole experience a 11/10. Thank you Arttu, we would gladly stay here again and can absolutely recommend it.

Struttura bellissima pulita, 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalla fermata degli autobus per raggiungere le attrazioni. 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro città o centro commerciale. Milla è stata sempre gentile e disponibile a ogni domanda che gli ponevo. Consigliatissimo.

This place was heaven! It had all the facilities and things we hoped for a relaxing holiday. Sauna, jacuzzi. View of the lake, peace and tranquility. The first two days of our trip we were really stressed as the airport had lost our luggage but i have to say coming back to this place, really made us forget about all our problems.

Siisti ja tilava asunto, josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava varustelu. Aivan rautatieaseman vieressä ja asuntoon mahtui helposti 3 hlö majoittumaan.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Rovaniemi. The flat is very central and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. I can really recommend it! Leena is a great host and was always easy to contact.

Tuomas is very helpful and respond quickly, he has also accommodated our request for late check out . The place is 10/10 as it is very close to city centre and all nearby restaurants. Apartment is clean and neat, I will surely recommend this place to my friends. Thanks Tuomas .

Siisti ja viihtyisä yksiö keskustassa!

Todo perfecto. El alojamiento súper acogedor, ideal para dos personas. Un poco lejos de la ciudad para tener más intimidad, pero es muy fácil de acceder en coche, además de que está al lado del aeropuerto y queda a 5/10 minutos de todo lo que quieras ver. Heidi ha estado muy atenta en todo el proceso, contesta rápido y resuelve todas las dudas que tengas. Volvería a reservarlo sin duda si volviera a Rovaniemi.

Il soggiorno presso l’appartamento di Atte è stato magnifico. La casa è molto accogliente e coincide perfettamente con le foto e le descrizioni fornite. È molto curata, dispone di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. Inoltre, vi è un buon collegamento con stazione, aeroporto e villaggio di babbo natale grazie ai mezzi pubblici: la fermata è proprio davanti casa.

Wij verbleven hier met totaal 3 volwassenen en er was ruimte genoeg. Het appartement ligt op een fijne locatie en was erg schoon. We kregen van de lieve host geweldige tips over dingen die te doen zijn in de buurt. Daardoor liepen wij iedere avond naar het bevroren meer en hebben we daar (zonder excursie) het noorderlicht kunnen bewonderen. Onze host reageerde altijd snel en ook met vertrektijd was ze flexibel zodat we voor onze vlucht nog wat langer konden blijven. Kortom, het was fantastisch! We zouden hier zeker teruggaan en het aanraden aan anderen.

This amazing apartment is located right in the heart of Rovaniemi. It’s beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and stylishly decorated. The hosts were very responsive, answering all of our questions promptly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
