Yläkerta yhtä tilaa, jossa nukkuma tilaa neljälle hengelle. Sauna, suihku ja WC ovat omalla sisään käynnillä. Olhavanjokeen on alle 100 metriä, jossa voi luonnon rannassa uida tai käydä ongella. Mökkitietä on mukava kävellä, vaikkapa Olhavan Paussiin virvokkeille. Lakanat yms kuuluu hintaan vain kolmen yön varauksissa.

Iin historiallisessa Wanhassa Haminassa omakotitalon pihapiirissä oleva asunto on tunnelmallinen pysähdyspaikka n. 500m nelostiestä. Iijoki on kivenheiton päässä, vilauksen voi nähdä jopa ikkunasta. Päärakennuksessa asuu kolmihenkinen perhe. Iin kunta on tunnettu kulttuurista ja taiteesta ja majoittaja Minna osaa halutessanne kertoa Iin historiasta, nähtävyyksistä ja kulttuurista.
