Iso nurmipiha käytettävissä vaikka pihapeleihin. Kaksi kajakkia ja polkupyörää vapaasti käytettävissä. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa hyvät löylyt. Lasitettu terassi ja parveke ilta-aurinkoon päin.

Kemijoessa voi kalastaa talvella pilkkimällä ja kesällä onkien. Auringonlaskut on mielettömän kauniita, kun aurinko painuu joen taakse. Lisäksi erikseen vuokrattavana on kaksi kanoottia varusteineen (melat ja pelastusliivit) kanoottiin mahtuu 3hlö
