Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Cozy log cabin in a peaceful setting. Experience the tranquility of the forest and the glitz of the morning sun over the sea. The cottage is rustic with outdoor toilet and cold/summer water in the kitchen. The cabin does not have a shower/bathtub. In summer, it is possible to rent a sauna at Leppäniemikajen on Seskarö, about 3 km from the cabin. Two nice beaches within 300 meters distance. Seskarö offers a grocery store. 28 km from Seskarö there are the border towns of Haparanda and Torneå which offer shopping and other activities.

Final cleaning is not included in the price, so please clean the cottage when you leave. It's nice to get to the cottage next time. The cabin has well water. The cottage has wifi.

On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. In the summer, on the other hand, you can take a dip in the strawberry pond or rent summer sports equipment. About a kilometer away, there are shops, a post office, a pharmacy, a pub and a kiosk where you can get lunch and fast food. About two kilometers away from the city center. A couple of hundred meters away from the bus stop.

In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.

In the bedroom, a double bed and in the other rooms, there are also 2 extendable sofa beds. Rovaniemi is 120km away. Kemi and Tornio 20km.
