This has become my go-to escape whenever I need a break from the city. I’ve stayed at this Airbnb multiple times now, and it never disappoints. The location is super convenient just a short drive from Mumbai yet it feels like you’ve been transported to a peaceful hill station. The villa is spotless, beautifully done up, and has such calming aesthetics. It’s pet-friendly too, which is a huge bonus for us. There are lovely hiking trails nearby and even a river just a short walk away perfect for a refreshing dip or just to sit by and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is another big plus. It has everything you need to cook a full meal, which makes the stay even more relaxing and homey. And the host truly one of the best. She’s incredibly warm, always available, and genuinely cares about your experience. She checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Quick getaway for a quiet weekend with nature an absolute gem find. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa with our family and kids. The overall experience was truly great! The check-in process was incredibly smooth — the owner - George made sure we reached the place without any hassle, guiding us all the way and explaining everything clearly in a simple and friendly manner. The villa was spotless and very well-maintained. We were especially grateful for the flexible check-in that was arranged as per our request. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with comfortable beds, clean mattresses, and well-kept furniture that made us feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, and to our pleasant surprise, George had already stocked it with basic essentials like bread, eggs, tea, coffee, chocolates and milk — a thoughtful touch that made us and the kids feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location of the villa is perfect — centrally situated in a prime locality with easy access to popular tourist spots. It was definitely worth the stay!

It's a gorgeous stay and the view is a solid 10/10. Vicky was super quick to respond to all my queries. sunita aunty, the caretaker was incredibly sweet and helpful.

Had a great fun staying at Royal place, definitely recommend 5 star if you want a peaceful stay to work, chill, or enjoy calm life or anything that you want to do in that surrounding area P. S: If you are planning to roam mumbai from this area, virar local can give you horrifying experience..

A super helpful , friendly host that eases our minds about being in Mumbai to attend school. The doormen and friendly , kind and helpful. This is a good location close to restaurants , shops , street vendors and fruits stall. The backstreet behind the apartment has beautiful cakes shops , De Bella coffee and convenience stores . A safe neighbourhood for women walking around etc. A really great location and walking distance to Infinity mall, a short ride to Metro supermarket and every convenience . We loved it .

We had booked this villa for one night and we all had a great time , the place is super clean and the host had ensured that we are welcomed and served well. The pool was the icing on the cake since kids had immense fun there . The caretakers are very helpful and they cook very good home like food. We did not eat out at all though the place had cafeteria nearby. We made a few requests to the host which were immediately attended . This is a villa in a gated community with beautiful riverside views . I would recommend this place for weekend stay writhin 4 hour drive . They also have a TT table , few games and a small park with slides and swings for kids. Great experience and a calm place to spend a weekend
