Our cozy little house is brand new and easy to relax in. Granite countertop and a full kitchen! Located in the middle of Missoula, we are close to downtown, both hospitals and all of the towns recreation! Sleeps 4 with a new KING bed and sofa sleeper. We upgraded the mattress and upgraded a foam topper, it still might suite kids or 1 adult better regarding. Enjoy coffee while you cozy up next to the fire and watch Netflix on the 55” flat screen! Washer/Dryer in walk in closet, and dishwasher!

This was our first AirBnB and the bar has been set! Billie was responsive, friendly all the things you’d want in a host. The home was wonderful, the view is stunning! Lucky to see the full moon during this visit for our son’s wedding! If we are lucky enough to get back to Missoula, no question where we will stay! If you’re going during snow season you’ll need 4W drive. It’s worth it for the peace, seeing the wildlife and the resident animals!

Had the best time , the place felt like we were right at home. Comfortable and clean. We came for adventure and the host was happy to recommend and inform us of any local things going on and or things to go check out. Very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet , clean and less than a 5 minute drive to downtown. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Beautiful and spacious rooms, comfortable stay and friendly, hospitable hosts. Appreciated the washer-dryer, the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy sofas with a fireplace in the TV room. Would be great for a longer stay, but I enjoyed my night there on my way to visit Glacier National Park.

What a great place! I felt super comfortable here and was able to walk where I needed. Great amenities that weren’t even listed. The train coupling sounds were covered up by the white noise machine, which I need to sleep anyway. Loved staying here and I will try to stay here the next time I work in the Missoula area! This was a perfect spot for our short stay near Missoula. We drove to Flathead Lake for a day trip. The place was clean and exactly as described. Jill and Phil had thought of many little things to would make our stay terrific. For example, there was a small stash of snacks available and small packets of butter in the fridge. The setting is so serene and beautiful…..morning coffee watching the hummingbirds was the best. We would highly recommend and hope to return again.
