Very clean and nice apartment,very accommodating and the location was easy to find ,had a great experience

The property is located in a traditional and quiet village of Mani. The house is as shown in the pictures, very beautiful and very clean. It is fully equipped and suitable for a family of four. We didn't miss anything during our stay. It has a very nice view of the sea and an exclusive courtyard with shade where children can play. The host is a discreet person who will help and provide anything you need. For us who didn't know him before became a good friend. We highly recommend staying at the property.

What an incredible oasis! We stayed at Fenia’s with our family for a few days before we got married at Petra & Fos Boutique Hotel & Spa a couple minutes’ walk away. It was idyllic! We loved our little hideaway. Fenia and the local host Dimitra were lovely and very helpful. The house is spotless and the location spectacular. Dimitra was always there to help and provided us with some local treats on arrival “. It is useful to know that you need to tell the hosts in advance if you need linens on the sofa bed on the mezzanine as they aren’t readily available. A strange smell at some points during the stay and some electrical issues but honestly neither detracted from the stay. The pool is beyond perfect and we would love to come back again!! In fact, if we could buy our own exactly the same, we would :-)

George's house is in an incredibly beautiful area, in a magic little town surrounded by gorgeous beaches landscapes and beautiful small towns in the hills. George is extremely available, flexible and helpful and was very very generous and helpful with us. The house is great, clean, quiet, with stunning views, with a great terrace and courtyard and plenty of room. Having the chance to stay at George's house allowed us to visit many little towns surrounding the area getting a taste of the local culture, amazing food in the local tavernas, and swim in the crystal clear water of the Mani peninsula. Definitely a place I would warmly recommend to anyone that wants to discover the Peloponnese, or that already knows of this area's beauty. The only thing to remember is to go there with some means of transportation. There are very few busses in the area, and having a car or any other vehicle makes the whole difference. Thanks George!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa in Neo Itilo, Peloponnese, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply breathtaking, nestled in a serene and picturesque area with panoramic views of the Mani Peninsula. The villa itself is a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Greek charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly gracious, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including local tips on where to eat and what to explore in the area. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated, with attention to every detail.

the house is located in a very picturesque village ,quiet and with the bare essentials. The view from the balcony was amazing even at night ! The house inside was very clean and fully functional you had everything you needed. (If you happen to visit the village cafe, ask in advance prices of the products as it does not have an inventory and for some reason as soon as she sees a tourist puts prices out of her mind. ) but we had a great time and quiet and it's definitely worth staying at this home!

Everything was fantastic! The house is in a great location with a very nice view. The access to the house is very easy. The space was super clean and very comfortable. The house is fully equipped with quality utensils and state-of-the-art electrical appliances. Also the house and generally the space, up close it's even more beautiful! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. They recommended us places to visit and restaurants with local cuisine. Our communication was direct. We were overall completely happy and in the future we will definitely visit it again!
