Holiday rentals in Kefalinos

We stayed in this high-quality villa for nine nights and enjoyed our time there very much. The brand new house is modernly decorated and very clean. Large rooms, a terrace with great sea views and lots of peace. You are completely private on the hill and can enjoy the tranquility. Surrounded by many olive trees, you live practically in the middle of nature. Only the access to the house takes some getting used to for the normal road driver, as it goes quite steeply uphill from the sea to the property. But since there is practically no traffic, you can drive up and down very relaxed and slowly. There are fantastic beaches in the area (most with stones) and Kalamata itself is about a 1/2 hour drive away. So if you are looking for peace and quiet and want to vacation in a modern house with plenty of space, this property is highly recommended.

Caroline and Peter are extremely welcoming and caring. We got a fresh and varied breakfast every day. The studio is cozy and has nice and practical extras. The bed sleeps wonderfully. Caroline and Peter give a lot of tips about sights and restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay with them, the beautiful garden, the bay with beach beds and the nice restaurants nearby. As a side note, we can mention that the cooking facilities in the studio are limited and that having a car is a must. In addition, the roads in the immediate area are unpaved.

Fabulous villa with wonderful terrace overlooking the clean sandy beach and inviting sea. Very comfortable furnishings and beds, immaculately clean and tidy. A stylish retreat that will linger in the memory. Slightly more difficult to find than expected, but easy once you know how. Great food options in both Finikounda (Elena) and Methoni (To Kastro, Klimataria, Sapientza), but you need a car to reach them.

We were hosted very well by Georgia and Stathis. Georgia had prepared things for our arrival: Great! We haven't seen this anywhere else! The house is large and clean. The pool is great!! Stathis and Georgia also invited us to the village party. Great hosts! Note that the house is in a mountain village. The view is great. The place is very quiet and relaxing.

We spent 3 weeks in this wonderful house and loved it. thank you very much for your hospitality. we enjoyed the sunsets, the garden, the beautiful area.

The house is just as it appears in the photos, that is, a wonder with a patio with orchard where the hosts allowed us to pick up exquisite lemons, figs,tomatoes and eggplants that have delighted our meals during the stay. The village where it is located is an endearing place with very friendly people and an incredible view towards the bay of Kalamata. And of the hosts, what to say, they are the best we have ever had: they have given us directions (even though we don't speak Greek we managed with the translator of the mobile), they cooked us typical food, they invited us to popular festivals. Both Anna and Dimitris have been the best of the best. Totally recommended.

We spent almost three weeks in the accommodation with our year old daughter. It was incredibly beautiful to be surrounded only by olive trees, to be able to cool off at any time in the pool and at the same time enjoy the view of the sea with fantastic sunsets. The beach was still within walking distance, as was a few restaurants. But it also didn't bother us to drive a few minutes for restaurants. Leonidas had really great recommendations and real insider tips for this. He also took care of all the questions and little things at the speed of light. We highly recommend the accommodation and leave with many positive experiences.

We were a family with 6 adults and 2 small children. There would have been room for 2-4 more people. Eleni is a great host! Everything was super clean!! Each answer within a few minutes - super flexible and also helps us, for example, when we had a car breakdown. Highly recommend it! Great Airbnb with everything you need, including pool towels and everything in the kitchen. We felt so comfortable that we stayed on site most of the time. The BBQ is also great (coal).
